I went looking for a brunch café in Gongdo, Anseong and that's how I found "Chat Baker." I'd heard it was getting popular lately among brunch cafés in the area, so I went to check it out myself.

Chat Baker's iced flat white had a nice balance between the nutty milk and the bold espresso flavor, and it went down smoothly. Even as the ice melted, the coffee's own flavor stayed strong enough that it didn't dilute much.
