A Busan Station Chinatown Chinese restaurant with lunch special course meals — Jangchunhyang.
I'm Joy, visiting two great restaurants a day! Let me introduce Jangchunhyang, a Busan Station Chinese restaurant in Chinatown where you can enjoy a great-value, delicious course meal.

Jangchunhyang hours, closing day and parking
Jangchunhyang is open 10:30–21:00, last order 20:30, and closed every Wednesday. There's underground parking you can use.

There's Goldstone underground parking beneath the Jangchunhyang building.

If it's full, you can use the paid Dongmyeong parking lot next door — we ended up using it too since it was full!

It's on the 2nd floor with an elevator. Since it's right at the entrance to Chinatown, it's easy to find^^

Inside Jangchunhyang: two rotating-table rooms for group dinners
Inside, Jangchunhyang is clean, and the private large rooms have rotating tables — with two rooms available, it seems great for family gatherings or group work dinners.
✔️ It'd be good to make a reservation before visiting. Overall the atmosphere is pleasant, and it feels quite upscale for the price^^

They have everything from lunch specials to fancy course meals, plus mini dishes, so even two people can enjoy the course meal without breaking the bank!

What comes in the 30,000-won A course for two
We ordered the A course, ₩30,000 for two (yusanseul, sweet and sour pork, gochu japchae with flower bread, and jjajangmyeon or jjamppong) ✅️
✔️ You can order one jjajangmyeon and one jjamppong separately, so my boyfriend chose jjamppong and I chose jjajangmyeon.

The side dishes were pickled radish, danmuji (yellow pickled radish), and onion.
First courses: yusanseul and sweet and sour pork
Wow! The yusanseul, packed with clean seafood and various mushrooms and vegetables, passed the visual test right away!!
The ingredients looked varied and fresh, from the sea cucumber to each of the mushrooms.

The seasoning was a bit strong, which somehow made it taste even better! There was a real umami hit, the sauce blended well with the ingredients, and the seafood was clean with no fishiness.

This is the sauce-poured style of sweet and sour pork, crispy fried with sweet and tangy sauce on top haha. The batter wasn't too thick, which I liked.
You could really feel the meat's texture — crispy outside, moist inside — and the crunchy onions with the sweet sauce were a perfect match!!

Gochu japchae with flower buns, the best dish of the course
With gochu japchae (spicy stir-fried vegetables wrapped in flower bread), the crunch of the vegetables in the spicy sauce is really key!! haha. As soon as the dish arrived, a subtle spicy aroma rose up and got my appetite going~

The collaboration of flower bread and gochu japchae ❤️ Delicious whether you eat the bread alone or the gochu japchae alone!!

Wrapping the savory ingredients in flower bread is truly the best. Sweet, salty, and spicy 🌶🫑 This sweet-yet-salty spicy gochu japchae was Jangchunhyang's number one!!

Finishing with one jjajangmyeon and one jjamppong
The final finishing dishes arrived. One jjajangmyeon, one jjamppong^^

The jjamppong (spicy seafood noodle soup) has a spicy yet refreshing broth that's really appealing, with more seafood and vegetables than expected.

The broth had a deep umami and a spicy kick that made for a clean, satisfying finish.

Mine was the glossy jjajangmyeon (black bean noodles)~ The sauce had that nice chunjang (black bean paste) flavor, not too salty or sweet, with a good balance of umami.

Slurping it up with the big chunks of meat and noodles!! haha. Every bite had that rich, savory flavor, and it was a great way to finish off today's Chinese course.
If you're looking for a Busan Station Chinese restaurant, head to Jangchunhyang in Chinatown for generous portions and great value 👋
