Songdo sushi set lunch with Grandma: 13pc & plum tea, Sushi Doku

Today I came to Songdo with my grandma to eat sushi, and I heard about a place where the sushi comes out just like a set meal! There was already a decent line at weekday lunch, so how was the taste? Drumroll... !!

Where is Sushi Doku The Songdo?

Sushi Doku The Songdo is at 157 Songdogukje-daero, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, on the 2nd floor of Onesta Mall. Come out of Exit 2 of Tekeunopakeu Station on Incheon Line 1 and you'll find it right away. I visited on a weekday lunch, June 4, 2026.

Next to the Songdo Premium Hyundai Outlet there's a building, and that's where today's sushi place is. Ta-da!

Where to park for Sushi Doku The Songdo

You use the Onesta Mall parking lot, and Sushi Doku The Songdo gives you 2 hours of parking. Enter at the spot the map shows you and the parking lot is on your right,

and it goes down several basement levels, so I don't think you need to worry about finding a space! With 2 hours at Sushi Doku The Songdo, you could even eat and then go play at Songhyeon-a (the outlet), right?

You can cross over to Songhyeon-a without even going outside the building. Doesn't that sound super convenient for eating and browsing?

How long is the weekday lunch wait, and what's the vibe?

Sushi Doku The Songdo opens at 11:00, and at around 11:30 on a weekday there were about 6 groups waiting. It's known for its big, generous cuts of fish~

There's also a space set up for waiting, so keep that in mind!

Some seats are in partitioned-off areas inside, and the whole place has a clean, tidy feel.

Sushi Doku The Songdo menu and ordering tips

The signature menu at Sushi Doku The Songdo is the Main Sushi Set, the Premium Special Set and the Special Wanjeong Sushi Set, and you can order a la carte too!

They sell a variety of sake as well, so it looks like a good place for an evening drink!

You can choose whether or not to have wasabi, so keep that in mind! The counter also has dental floss, mouthwash and so on,

Don't skip the plum tea at the entrance

Seriously, this plum tea... please try it once.... It's sweet, and having it hot to finish the meal is just so good, I'm telling you! (Though my grandma actually drinks it as an appetizer, haha)

What comes with the sushi set meals?

The sets at Sushi Doku The Songdo come with chawanmushi (savory steamed egg custard), salad, udon and tempura. The chawanmushi has a strong aroma, as if it has truffle oil in it, and the salad is fresh, a bit like peanut sauce plus balsamic, so I think it's good to have with the tempura!

And the udon portion isn't small either, so I don't think you'll go hungry?? There's fried food too, but it isn't greasy: 2 karaage (Japanese fried chicken) plus shrimp tempura, and the karaage is nicely salty and tender.

Premium Sushi Special Set (10 pieces)

The dignified Premium Special Set (10pc) consists of flounder, red sea bream, salmon, squid, sweet shrimp, akami (lean tuna), northern pink shrimp, red snow crab meat, eel and ankimo (monkfish liver).

Special Full-Course Sushi Set (13 pieces)

The wonderfully satisfying Special Wanjeong Sushi Set (13pc) consists of red snow crab meat, eel, flounder, salmon, red sea bream, scallop, sweet shrimp plus sea urchin, squid, akami, toro (fatty tuna), northern pink shrimp, hikarimono (silver-skinned fish) and ankimo.

Lunch with Grandma at Sushi Doku The Songdo: final verdict

Even when it's not a special occasion, the sets at Sushi Doku The Songdo feel like they'd turn any meal into a special one. I think it would be satisfying with anyone you bring.. And if you're from Incheon, you can collect Ieum Card points too, and with points on top of that - isn't this a total regular's-reservation kind of place?!?!
