I was debating ordering delivery with my family when my friend said Furg Pizza was delicious~ I'd had it as pizza-and-beer when I had plans near Inha University, but pickup is even cheaper, so my mom and I rushed over! Is there parking at Furg Pizza in Yonghyeon-dong?

Free parking was available along the E-Pyeonghansesang City commercial building line! Look for the entrance near the sign that says '1943'~!

Furg Pizza's dough is noticeably different from other places! The chewy texture is amazing — the dough is made from bagel ingredients and glutinous rice, and fermented for a whopping 36 hours!?

I used to think pizza crust wasn't worth eating so I'd add cheese or sweet potato to it, but Furg Pizza's crust is delicious even plain! It's like eating a bagel. Really solid fundamentals in this pizza dough~

Once you go inside there's a kiosk~ You can order pizza here! Popular pizza menus these days are Five Cheese, Classic Delight, Pepperoni, Sweet Potato, and Bulgogi! There are so many options, so if it's your first time I recommend the signature Truffle Mushroom Gnocchi!

If you like bold, spicy flavors I'd recommend other menus, but since I was eating with my mom and family, I went with this mushroom-packed pizza~!

When you order Furg Pizza for pickup, they put it in an insulated bag~~ About an hour and a half had passed by the time we got home, but it was still piping hot!

A cute dog is this place's mascot! The box shows the dog bringing and eating pizza, and it's genuinely adorable~ The blue and white matched the store's interior colors!

Whenever I've had gnocchi at Western restaurants before, the portions were always frustratingly small. Furg Pizza piles on gnocchi and button mushrooms generously, so I recommend it for anyone who loves mushroom toppings! If you love truffle aroma, want both health and taste, or love mushroom pizza — there's a reason this is the signature menu~

Including the trip home, it took about 2 hours total, and the cheese was still stretching~ The truffle aroma is seriously wicked! It really lingers right under your nose..

Is the Tomato Cheese Spaghetti worth adding as a side?

I usually only order pizza since the price adds up, but since I had a ₩5,000 discount chance, I used it on spaghetti! I ordered the Tomato Cheese Spaghetti~~ At first I was like, should I just try it? But wow, you really should try this. The quality is great and the taste is on a completely different level from homemade!

Furg Pizza starts cooking the moment you order, and you can get it in just 15 minutes flat~ I finally tried Furg Pizza, which has been getting famous lately as a new pizza spot... ordering for pickup made it much cheaper, and honestly the quality was incomparable to other franchises!!!!

I ordered the signature Truffle Mushroom Gnocchi Pizza, and it was so good my mom said she couldn't go back to eating pizza from other places — plus we got to eat healthy too! If you're looking for a good pizza spot near Inha University, definitely give this place a visit :)
