We ordered Furg Pizza's standout signature menu, the truffle mushroom gnocchi pizza. Sizes come in M (1–2 people), XR (2–3 people), and L (3–4 people) — and since we're self-proclaimed big eaters haha, we went with L and confidently added the sweet potato gold ring too 🐷

Every table has plates and utensils neatly set out ✨️ The smell of pizza baking had our stomachs growling like a party;;

While we were eating, delivery app alerts kept going off nonstop, and delivery riders and customers picking up takeout kept streaming in!! Turns out this place has 5-star ratings on every platform and ranks #1!!!!! With a ₩5,000 takeout discount, we're definitely doing takeout next time >_< 💕

How was the truffle mushroom gnocchi pizza?

The moment Furg Pizza's truffle mushroom gnocchi pizza arrived, a savory, fragrant truffle aroma hit us hard! On top of the chewy bagel dough, fermented at low temperature for 36 hours, was a generous, rich, luxurious truffle sauce 😲

Chewy, golden-baked chunky gnocchi and fragrant mushroom toppings were piled high, and one bite set off an explosion of soft, deep flavor across the whole mouth 🌋💥 The gnocchi's insane texture combined with the bagel-like chewy, savory dough made it a combo we couldn't stop eating 😭👍

I'm normally someone who won't eat pizza dough without cheese crust, but Furg Pizza's dough is the trap here — it's even better than the pizza itself;; Good enough to rival a cheese bagel on its own, dipped into the garlic dipping sauce it just kept going down 🐷

You can't have pizza without cola 🧃 We were happily munching away, saying how good it was, when suddenly we felt a burning gaze from somewhere....😣😣😣

Furg Pizza's stray dog adoption campaign

Once we finished, we returned our dishes to the collection point ⭐️ Furg Pizza Inha University Station branch is running a proper stray dog rescue and adoption guide campaign with two shelters, to support responsible protection and adoption of stray dogs! The owner says they want to introduce nonprofit shelters to more people and contribute to a healthier adoption culture 🥹 What an angel of an owner...😇🫶

Naji was also once a street dog, adopted from a shelter, so knowing Furg Pizza is doing such good work makes me want to see them succeed even more 🐶❤️
