Free noodle refills and free rice refills at Drunken Thai
At Drunken Thai Sangam Branch, this Thai food spot in Sangam-dong where you can really eat your fill, noodle refills and rice refills are provided for free! *For stir-fried noodle dishes, you need to request the extra noodles when placing your order.

You can also find Drunken Thai's tom yum goong and shrimp pad thai on Market Kurly.
It was interesting that the country-of-origin signage was written in both Thai and Korean. Each table also comes with 4 types of Thai sauces ready to go.
The owner is so kind and warm. One of my friends arrived early and was waiting for us, and the owner gave her sparkling water on the house so she wouldn't get bored waiting.
Pad thai with shrimp, 12,000 won: double the portion with a noodle refill

Pad thai, Thailand's signature dish, brings together sweet and salty sauce with chewy noodles! I asked for a noodle refill when ordering, and the portion really did come out doubled — I ate super full!

With pad thai, the savory tang of the sweet-and-sour sauce spreads gently through the mouth, and the chewy yet soft texture of the rice noodles is joined by the crisp crunch of bean sprouts. You can add the peanut powder and chili flakes on the table to make it even tastier to your own taste.

The sauce isn't overly strong, which is what makes you keep reaching for it with your chopsticks.
Green curry, 16,000 won: the rice thief of the table

My favorite Thai dish! Green curry!!! The green curry here is genuinely so good — I really hope you try it!

The green curry has the soft, nutty richness of coconut milk along with the distinctive fragrance of Thai spices and herbs, giving it a really appealing exotic flavor. It's creamy with a subtle spiciness that follows, finishing clean without feeling heavy. The tender-cooked vegetables and chicken pair beautifully with the rich curry sauce — I have to crown this one the rice thief.
Som tam, 12,000 won: the palate cleanser between bites

Som tam is excellent at reviving your appetite with its sour, spicy flavor! Taking a bite between the pad thai and green curry brought my appetite right back, haha — you could keep eating it endlessly!

The crunchy texture of the green papaya is really nice, and the salty fish sauce pairs well with the sharp heat of the chili. Sprinkling some peanut powder on top here too makes it even tastier.
Thai tea to finish the Sangam lunch

And the Thai tea I love so much. The rich sweetness of authentic Thai-style milk tea is soooo good.

I really enjoyed a delicious, comfortable Thai meal at Drunken Thai Sangam Branch. You can also enjoy Drunken Thai's authentic Thai dishes anytime, anywhere via Baemin, Yogiyo, and Coupang Eats.
