Can fine hair get a setting perm?

After a consultation with the owner of Billogeu Hair, my mother got the setting perm that was recommended to her. She wanted a perm but hadn't found a style that suited her, so the owner suggested one that would!

Her hair wasn't damaged, but it's quite fine, so before the setting perm the owner gave it a nourishing treatment and took care to keep damage to a minimum! 💓💓

Then came the setting rolls and the heat treatment. The owner was kind and made her feel at ease, so my mother chatted away during the perm without noticing the time pass, haha.
