How did I use the HEEDA cleansing balm?

I applied it evenly to a dry face, then massaged in circular motions with my fingers, focusing on areas where blackheads or pores bothered me. I lightly massaged areas with heavier makeup too, added water to emulsify it, and rinsed with lukewarm water.

What were the texture and contents like?

The 100ml size felt generous, and I could scoop out the balm with the included spatula. The black balm was soft and stretchy, and even a small amount spread widely when I applied it to the back of my hand.

How did it feel to cleanse after it touched water?

When it touched water on the back of my hand, the formula felt like it melted softly. On my face, I rolled it for about 30 seconds and rinsed several times; because the formula was black, I felt it was easy to check whether any areas had not been fully rinsed. After washing, my skin felt smoothly cleansed, and my forehead breakouts seemed to calm down a little too.

Can it be used somewhere other than the face?

According to the original guidance, it can be used on the body as well as the face, and it introduced using it on the back about once a week like a body pack. The order of use was said to be the same as for the face.
