How did it feel on dry skin in the evening?

I used this after looking for a cleansing balm because I was concerned about blackheads and sebum on my nose. Since I have dry skin, I also paid attention to tightness after washing; even after rinsing with water, my skin did not feel dry and felt moisturized. I only use it for evening cleansing.

What were the texture and application method like?
