Changwon hair salon root color and scalp steam: Vivienne Hair

I had root coloring and a head spa at Vivienne Hair, Changwon Sangnam branch (비비엔느헤어 창원상남점) in Sangnam-dong, Changwon. After discussing the tone I wanted, they carefully colored my roots and finished with warm scalp steam.

Where is it, and what parking support is available?

The salon is in Unit 201 on the second floor of 23 Danjeong-ro, near the Goindol Intersection in Sangnam-dong. The hours listed in the original post are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily; it is closed on major holiday days and New Year's Day.

Parking is also available inside the commercial building, though spaces are limited. Treatment customers can receive up to two hours of parking support at Real Parking Building across the street. This does not apply to visits for only a cut or blow-dry.

Where can you check treatment prices?

There was a price list posted at every mirror. It was divided into cuts, perms, coloring, and treatments, so it was easy to check prices while seated and waiting.

Were the seats and waiting area comfortable?

The white-toned space had floor-to-ceiling windows, so it received plenty of natural light. It had high, exposed ceilings, and the seats were spaced widely enough that I did not have to pay much attention to the people beside me during the treatment.

Plants were placed throughout, alongside gold-framed chairs and gray-toned furniture. I could take a drink from the refrigerator at the separate self-service bar or wait at a lounge table.

There was a separate shampoo area. The recliner-style chair was easy on my neck and lower back during the head spa. The hair products around the basin were also neatly arranged.

How did the root-color consultation and treatment go?

Once I was seated, the director checked the condition of my hair and gave me a detailed consultation on the tone and style I wanted.

For the treatment, they divided my hair into sections and applied color carefully and densely along the roots. They checked on me throughout, so I could relax and leave it to them.

Partway through, they brought rice crackers, coconut cookies, and green tea. It was nice to have something to eat when I started feeling hungry during the appointment.

How were the head spa and final color result?

After the coloring was finished, I lay down for a scalp steam treatment. Closing my eyes and feeling the warm steam helped me relax and feel at ease.

After both the root coloring and head spa, I was pleased with how naturally the root tone blended in. My hair felt glossy, and adding light waves gave it a different feel.

On my way out, I received a Repit hair ampoule as a gift. I appreciated that they included something to help me care for my hair at home.

What stayed with me from this visit was the naturally finished root tone and the comfortable head spa. I also liked the wide spacing between seats and the snacks, and I found myself thinking I would like to try a perm next time.
