Changwon hair salon for easy CS-curl build perm: Vivienne Hair

I visited Vivienne Hair, Changwon Sangnam branch (비비엔느헤어 창원상남점) to tidy up hair that I had only been growing out for nearly a year. I normally styled it myself with a curling iron, but I wanted something easier to manage, so I got a CS-curl build perm.

Where is the salon, and is parking available?

The salon is on the second floor of Moise Building at the Goindol Intersection in Changwon. Its address is Room 201, 2F, 23 Danjeong-ro, Seongsan-gu, Changwon, Gyeongsangnam-do. The hours listed in the original post are 10:00–21:00 daily, with closures on Lunar New Year’s Day and New Year’s Day.

Moise Building’s underground parking is available, but the spaces were tight. I was also told that Real Parking Building could be used, with two hours of parking support. Cuts, blow-dries, and down perms are excluded from this support.

What were the treatment area and amenities like?

My first impression was good because the interior felt spacious and tidy when I entered. The treatment area also felt comfortable.

There was also a self-service bar where I could have a snack during my hair appointment.

How was the CS-curl build perm done?

After looking at the price list, I felt the prices were reasonable. The design I showed them was a CS-curl build perm, and they explained that it would be done as an Objet perm, which falls under a digital perm.

Before the appointment, I had simply kept growing out hair that I had cut almost into a short bob last year. It had been nearly a year since I last went to a salon, so my hair was quite unruly.

What was the process from shampoo to the finished perm like?

I started with a shampoo. The shampoo area was clean, and I was pleased with how refreshing the shampoo felt. Before the perm, I also received a step called “lasting,” which was explained as a process that opens the cuticle and removes buildup. It was my first time receiving this kind of treatment.

From the haircut onward, the stylist’s hands felt skilled. Next, I had two rounds of perm solution and heat treatment. I found it difficult to tell the difference between the solutions.

The rods were wrapped quickly and carefully, which put me at ease during the appointment. I usually worry about the result, but this time I was able to relax and leave it to them.

After another heat treatment and solution application, the appointment ended with a final shampoo and blow-dry. I was told that I only needed to dry my hair, without any special technique.

Was the build perm easy to manage at home?

I liked the finished hair so much that I took several photos. It felt lighter after getting my hair tidied up for the first time in a while, and it was a nice change of pace.

In the past, I styled my hair myself with a curling iron because I disliked perms making it look puffy or messy. This time, I could manage it by drying it and applying essence or oil. For me, the most convenient part was spending less time getting ready for work.

I chose the perm somewhat impulsively because styling had become tiresome, but I was happy with the result. I also got photos I liked during a later trip to Namhae.
