Jamsil Station piercing shop for rook piercing swaps: Like It Piercing

Today I went to Like It Piercing, a piercing shop at Jamsil Station, to swap out my old piercing!

From the hygiene to the designs to the friendliness, I loved everything about Like It Piercing at Jamsil Station!

Where is Like It Piercing in the Jamsil Station underground shopping center?

Like It Piercing is at Jamsil Underground Shopping Center F-2, 3, 4, across from Paik's Coffee (빽다방). It's open 11:00–20:30 Tuesday to Friday and 11:00–21:00 on weekends, closed every other Monday, and there's no parking.

Come in from the shopping center entrance on the Paris Baguette side, turn in to the right of Gong Cha, and Like It Piercing is across from Paik's Coffee! There seemed to be a lot of piercing shops in the Jamsil underground mall, but this looked like the biggest and cleanest one! With piercing shops, skill matters, but hygiene matters most!! So it won me over from the first impression.

For the June event, spend ₩20,000 or more, write a receipt review, and you get a whole ₩5,000 off..! If you're planning to buy piercings or accessories, it's a really cheap place to do it.

What materials and products does Like It Piercing have?

Like It Piercing has everything from 14K to 92.5 silver to surgical steel, plus a huge range of handmade accessories. So it's great not only for getting your ears pierced or swapping piercings, but also for browsing rings and necklaces!

What I liked about Like It Piercing is that they have lots of example photos, so you can look at pretty combos and get recommendations to match :) The staff member helped me so kindly!!

What are the piercing prices at Like It Piercing, Jamsil Station?

Most of the surgical steel piercings at Like It Piercing are under ₩10,000, so it was really cheap. Actually, my current piercing is old, so I recently went to another piercing shop to change it, but the prices were higher than I expected and I didn't buy anything haha

The prices at Like It Piercing mean buying several is no burden, so it seems good for people with lots of piercings who want to swap them all at once! If you have several, changing one means redoing the whole set to match..!

There were so many pieces that are simple yet work as a statement. Even among cubic zirconia studs, the sizes were really varied, and everything was so neatly organized that I browsed for ages!

Can staff recommend look piercing combinations?

If you ask the staff at Like It Piercing about look piercing combos, they give you plenty of recommendations while still letting you browse in peace. I came to swap my look piercing but had no idea what to switch to. I asked which combos people usually go for and how to choose, and they gave me lots of suggestions but also let me look around comfortably, so I browsed with a calm mind haha They even said that if I liked something, they'd hold it up to my ear, so just say so..!

Can you buy necklaces and rings, not just piercings?

Like It Piercing also had everything from 14K gold earrings and 92.5 silver necklaces to handmade rings, necklaces and more.

There were lots of necklaces that look clean and simple! If you're looking for a cheap accessory shop with good quality in the Jamsil Station underground mall, you have to stop by..!

The 14K piercings at Like It Piercing are 0.8mm thick, so even people already wearing earrings can wear them, which widens the range you can look at haha

They also sell sets, and I liked that they come at a 10% discount. Harmony matters a lot with piercings, so comfortable and harmonious.. and even cheaper, lol

Swapping a 2-year-old look piercing at Like It Piercing

At Like It Piercing I swapped the look piercing that had stayed the same for nearly 2 years for two banana barbells. My poor old look piercing.. it's really been about 2 years since I changed it T_T Swapping a look piercing is hard to do alone, so I just stopped touching it at all.. I wanted to switch to a banana barbell accent after so long, so I picked two and swapped them haha

How do they disinfect when you swap a piercing?

At Like It Piercing you sit on a comfy sofa and the staff does the swap! Even though it was just a swap, they disinfected thoroughly first, and even cleaned my old piercing hole(?) in the disinfection room....!!! It's a tricky spot to care for so I always put it off, so I loved that they did this without being asked, and I had no worries about irritation. It's a tricky location so swapping isn't easy, but they did it well without any pain at all.

It's been pierced for a long time, but I sometimes got irritation when swapping; this time there was zero pain or irritation! The shop itself was clean so I trusted it, and it leaves an impression of being clean from start to finish, so I think it's perfect for getting your ears pierced in Jamsil. They even disinfected my old piercing and handed it back to me!! (so thoughtful)

My look piercing swapped to a butterfly + pearl combo

So how does my look piercing look, swapped to a butterfly + pearl combo haha It lifted my mood to change piercings after so long!! I didn't know which combos suit me and agonized a lot, but thanks to the staff's sensible recommendation I love it haha
