Where is Kkuudeok Seolleung Main Branch?
Today I'm introducing a pasta and steak spot near Seolleung called Kkuudeok Seolleung Main Branch ˚ෆ*₊ The address is 16 Seolleung-ro 82-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, 1st floor of Sui Building — it's the Seolleung main branch, but it shows up as the Gangnam branch on Kakao Map.

Kkuudeok is a 5-minute walk from Seolleung Station Exit 2, so it's right by the station, on the 1st floor of Sui Building (❁´▽`❁)

Here's the vibe outside and in ✨✨ The other tables were full of people so I only photographed the empty spots, but there are about seven tables for 4 like this one

Kkuudeok menu and prices: what we ordered
Let's go through the menu first 🙊✨✨ From the signature Kkuudeok combo set to the hearty/happy/solo sets, chuck flap and striploin steaks, tomato/rosé/cream/oil pastas of every kind, rice bowls, pilaf, side dishes like rice balls, ricotta salad, desserts, and even wine and drinks to pair — it's seriously packed with options ~~ 🥂🤍
I ordered the premium chuck flap steak, bacon carbonara, spicy crab cream pasta, rye bread + butter cream cheese, and a zero-sugar cola (❁´▽`❁) ˚ෆ*₊
Pasta starts in the low ₩10,000s and even the steak is in the ₩10,000 range, while the place has such a classy atmosphere — the prices being this reasonable made me so happy ,,🤍 Seriously great value for money! Perfect for a date spot too

Pickles, rye bread and butter cream cheese at Kkuudeok
This is the sweet and tangy pickle that comes as a side dish ~.~

This is the rye bread & butter cream cheese we ordered as an appetizer!🤎 The crispy, plain rye bread paired with savory sweet butter can't possibly taste bad .. we cleaned the plate

The full table: two pastas and a steak
Tada ~~~ here comes the main course 🖤✨ The full spread looks so generous and delicious 🤤

Bacon carbonara (₩12,900)

Spicy crab cream pasta (₩13,900)

Premium chuck flap steak (₩18,000)

Premium chuck flap steak, grilled at the table on a mini brazier
First, the premium chuck flap steak — I loved that you get to grill it yourself on a mini brazier to your preferred doneness!! There was corn and grilled mushrooms to go with the meat too, and the meat itself was so tender and delicious ..🤤🤤🤎

Bacon carbonara, my mom's pick
And now the thick, creamy pasta I was most looking forward to ෆ The look of it alone won me over instantly 🥹

First, mommy's pick, the bacon carbonara! Carbonara is mom's favorite food, so being her favorite dish, she's very particular about whether it's good or not, you know? But she said it was savory and delicious and was totally satisfied 🤍
Spicy crab cream pasta: does it live up to the name Kkuudeok?
This is the spicy crab cream pasta I ordered ෆ I guess I take after mom's palate because I love cream pasta so much too — since mom ordered carbonara, I decided to try the spicy one this time (❁´▽`❁)

The cream sauce itself is already so savory and delicious, and on top of that there's spiciness and the umami of crab meat! It was truly thick and rich and so delicious ,, this is exactly the kind of thick, savory cream pasta I love ..🤍 Now I get why the restaurant is called Kkuudeok (thick and rich) 🤤

The steak sizzling away and cooking so nicely ,, straight into my mouth ~~~~~ 😋😋😋

Alternating between the thick cream pasta and the tender steak, before you know it your mouth is full of happiness and all that's left are empty plates ,,,ㅎ mission complete

Under 50,000 won for two: can you eat solo at Kkuudeok?
The thick cream pasta and tender steak at Kkuudeok Seolleung Main Branch were both so delicious 🤤🤤🤍 It really is the definition of a savory, delicious cream pasta, and at ₩12,900 alone it already felt like great value — but I was even more surprised that a steak plus two pastas, rye bread + butter, and a drink came to under ₩50,000 ,,🥹🥹
There were several tables of solo diners too, so I'd recommend it to office workers near Seolleung looking for a solo dining spot 🫶🏻 With a great atmosphere and affordable prices, if you're looking for a date restaurant near Seolleung or you love thick, rich cream pasta, I highly recommend Kkuudeok Seolleung Main Branch ˚ෆ*₊
++ You can also reserve through Naver, and you can get coupons for discounted glass wine and shrimp salad, so keep that in mind! ˚ෆ*₊
