Yongsan Donkatsu Onjeong Gyeongyang Sikdang, Yongsan branch

Today's restaurant to introduce is Yongsan Donkatsu Onjeong Gyeongyang Sikdang, Yongsan branch.
Where is Onjeong Gyeongyang Sikdang in Yongsan, and is there parking?
Yongsan Donkatsu Onjeong Gyeongyang Sikdang, Yongsan branch is located at 107, 1st floor, 341 Baekbeom-ro, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, inside the Yongsan Richensia mall. It's between buildings A and B, right next to Kkanbu Chicken! Parking support is available if you park in the building.
What the storefront looks like

Yongsan Donkatsu Onjeong is a newly opened Western-style pork cutlet restaurant.

You can enjoy thin, crispy cutlets made with Korean pork loin and house-made sauce. I gave a quick read to the note posted about the frying oil they use.
Seating and the self-bar at Onjeong

There are window seats and inside seats, and the bar table looked like a good option for anyone who feels self-conscious eating alone. The inside was actually pretty spacious, unlike what you'd guess from outside~

Delivery orders kept coming in, and I saw a lot of families with kids too.

You order through the kiosk at the entrance.

Yongsan Donkatsu Onjeong Gyeongyang Sikdang has a self-bar. You can help yourself to more rice, salad, kimchi, pickled radish, and water. Rice is unlimited refill too, which I loved ❤️
Menu and prices at Onjeong Gyeongyang Sikdang

This is the menu as of September 2026. There's Western-style pork cutlet, udon, and soba (buckwheat noodles), each divided into single dishes and sets. The single cutlet dish comes with 2 pieces, the set with 1. The noodle portion is the same as the regular dish~ The cutlets are thin Western-style cutlets, and there are three kinds: Basic, Onjeong Spicy Cutlet, and Cheddar Cheese Cutlet.

They said you get a drink if you participate. If you're interested, give it a try :)
What comes with the 13,000-won pork cutlet plate

I ordered the Western-style pork cutlet for 13,000 won and a drink for 2,000 won (each).

When it arrived, the cutlets were huge!! I was also tempted by the soba, but two portions felt like too much, and since I wanted more cutlet, I went with the single dish. Good thing I didn't order two haha.

These are the basic side dishes, diced radish kimchi and pickled radish. They were cut into bite-size pieces, which made them easy to eat.

This is the warm broth. It was nice to spoon up while eating the cutlet.

A pre-meal soup also came out on its own plate. The mushroom soup was smooth and packed with mushroom chunks — it had that homemade feel.

This is Yongsan Donkatsu's basic Western-style pork cutlet. Two palm-sized cutlets came out on one plate, along with morning bread, salad, and corn.

You can skip the morning bread if you want, but since you can turn it into a burger, I'd recommend keeping it. No extra charge either~

It's on the thin side, so it's crispy, and the cutlet sauce, which they say is house-made, was seriously delicious!

How to make mini burgers with the morning bread
Here's the special treat at Yongsan Donkatsu: putting cutlet, salad, and strawberry jam on the morning bread to make a mini burger~
The thinly sliced lettuce was crunchy, and the kiwi sauce with strawberry jam was sweet. The crispy cutlet paired with the buttery morning bread was really delicious hahaha. It was fun eating it in different ways.
Is Onjeong in Yongsan worth a solo meal?
Yongsan Donkatsu Onjeong is a great spot for handmade cutlets made with Korean pork. Both the sauce and the side soup are made in-house, so it's truly a homemade cutlet restaurant. The soba and udon that go with the cutlet are good to order together, and with the set menus, it's decent value for money.
I was craving Western-style pork cutlet, searched around, and ended up visiting — the taste and atmosphere were satisfying, so it was a happy solo meal. The owner was super friendly and the food was tasty, so I think I'll come back again if I'm nearby :)
