Dangye English The Little Prince was what I chose to get my English feel back. Here is my honest review as a beginner at reading English originals, working steadily through Levels 1–5 and naturally making it all the way to the original text.
The book I opened when my English felt rusty
Lately, my English has felt so rusty... I was looking for an English book I could start again with, without pressure, and picked up Dangye English The Little Prince. I was surprised at how much easier and more natural it was to read than I expected.
Honestly, it had been quite a while since I was close to English. I would hesitate over writing even one email... words came to mind slowly too... So I thought, if I leave this alone, I’m going to lose my feel for it, and started lightly. Dangye English The Little Prince was perfect. The moment I started reading, the pressure dropped right away.
This is exactly the kind of difficulty level I can read every day!
The same story across Levels 1–5
It presents one story across Levels 1–5, changing only the difficulty. This approach is honestly genius.

As I moved up like this, the difficulty changed but the content stayed the same → my understanding stayed intact. With this structure, there was no moment of panic while reading.
The objective figure that more than 5,000 people joined three crowdfunding campaigns also made it feel trustworthy.
Why repetition never felt boring
Each level feels distinctly different, so there’s a real little thrill of leveling up... I’m usually someone who hates repetition, but because this book lets me read the same content at different difficulty levels, there was no time to get bored.
Words change, and you level up naturally
For example, if the original text says magnificent, Level 1 uses very good, Level 3 uses excellent, and Level 5 uses magnificent.
Only the words change by level like this, but the process naturally became vocabulary building for me. I really loved that I didn’t have to force myself to memorize anything.
What felt especially comfortable for adult learners
It would be great for children too, but I actually felt it suited adult learners even better. The scariest moment when reading English originals is thinking, “This is too hard for me.” The Dangye English method removes that barrier.
