Just as I was thinking that, I heard about an unusual restaurant near Eulwangri and Wangsan beaches on Yeongjong Island called 300°C Seafood Galbi Main Branch, known for its distinctive color and generous presentation. I happened to get a great chance to try its delicious seafood braised pork back ribs, so even though it was a bit of a trip, I made time to go with an excited heart!

They say they personally select fresh ingredients every morning and prepare them neatly, and I could immediately tell that the seafood and meat packed into the sauce felt fresh and plentiful. Just as we were finishing up and heading out in good spirits, we happened to catch the West Sea’s beautiful, characteristic sunset, doubling the feeling of being moved. Thanks to that, we could enjoy the little luxury and happiness of taking a short walk around the restaurant after our filling meal and admiring the sunset.
