The 5to7 fig soufflé came with a big mountain of whipped cream topped with a generous pile of figs, alongside 2 iced café lattes. The red-rimmed plate goes so well with the color of the figs that it makes you happy just looking at it! The figs are great, and with the soufflé together it's perfect.

Up close, the sauce on the figs is glistening. Every fig soufflé is made with so much care; I can only imagine how much effort goes into making it this fluffy.

Cut the fig soufflé in half and the outside is lightly golden, while the inside is moist with a yellowish texture. Scoop up the whipped cream, fig and soufflé in one bite and it melts in your mouth. The figs have a pleasant pop and a sweet-tart taste, so with the cream it's an amazing combo! The soufflé isn't just sweet, so you can keep eating without getting tired of it.

Is there a decaf latte too?

For coffee at 5to7 Seongsu Main Branch, I ordered two iced café lattes and switched one to decaf. It's a plus that you can drink it without worry even in the afternoon or evening.

Stir it and take a sip: you get the milk flavor first, then a nutty, rich coffee aroma follows. Having it with the sweet soufflé makes a great combo. Coffee with soufflé is just so right.
