Seoul Forest dessert café: fruit soufflé for two at Andamiro Pancake

Hi, it's Mudeung 😊 In Seongsu, a meal doesn't really feel complete without a café stop afterward, haha. This time I was walking around Seoul Forest and dropped by Andamiro Pancake Seongsu, which is famous for its souffle pancakes.

Right at the entrance I spotted a Blue Ribbon Survey 2026 sticker, which got me extra excited lol. We ordered the signature Andamiro Souffle along with an iced americano and a grapefruit ade.

Where is Andamiro Pancake Seongsu, and how do you walk there from Seoul Forest Station?

Andamiro Pancake is located at 26 Seoulsup4-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, South Korea, on the 2nd floor. It's in an alley packed with restaurants and cafés around Seoul Forest, so walking over after a meal was pretty convenient, haha.

Since the store is on the 2nd floor, you might walk past it at first, but there's a souffle menu board and the Andamiro sign out front, so it wasn't hard to find lol. Climbing the stairs, you'll also see a summer bingsu (shaved ice) poster and the Blue Ribbon sticker.

Inside Andamiro Pancake Seongsu: bright second-floor room and seating

Walking into Andamiro Pancake Seongsu, the inside was bigger and cleaner than I expected. It used ivory tones and light wood throughout, giving it a warm yet comfortable feel, haha. With several windows letting in natural light, there was a good variety of seating too, from window seats to 2-person tables and a long table.

There's a spot on one side with a raised platform of pink tiles, and photos taken there turned out surprisingly pretty lol.

A lot of Seongsu cafés these days are crowded with tables packed too close together, but here you could stay comfortably without feeling rushed. Since the souffle isn't a dish that comes out right away, having a relaxed atmosphere to wait in turned out to matter quite a bit, haha.

Andamiro Pancake Seongsu menu and prices

True to its name, Andamiro's signature menu is the souffle pancake. Along with the Andamiro Souffle, there were also plain souffle, crème brûlée souffle, matcha souffle, and strawberry souffle options lol. Since it was our first visit, we went with what looked like the most representative choice, the Andamiro Souffle at 16,000 won.

For drinks we ordered an iced americano at 4,500 won and a grapefruit ade at 6,000 won, coming to 26,500 won total, haha. Ordering was done via kiosk, which made it easy to look over the menu slowly and pay.

What the Andamiro Soufflé with banana, green grapes and pineapple tastes like

After a bit of a wait, the souffle finally arrived. The visuals alone were quite pretty lol. Two thick souffle pancakes came surrounded by a variety of fruit — banana, green grapes, pineapple — with soft cream and powdered sugar on top, so I couldn't not take photos, haha.

Cutting in with a fork, it had a fluffy texture clearly different from a regular pancake — really nice. Rather than a heavy, dense chew, it melted softly in the mouth, so souffle fans will likely be satisfied lol. Adding a bit of the cream made it more moist and sweet, and eating fruit alongside added freshness so it never felt too much.

Personally, I liked pairing it with banana for extra softness, and with green grapes or pineapple for a clean, sweet finish, haha. The portion was just right for two adults sharing as dessert.

Drinks at Andamiro Pancake Seongsu: iced americano and grapefruit ade

The iced americano was the most fitting pairing with the souffle. After the sweet pancake and cream, a sip of cold coffee cleared the palate nicely lol.

The grapefruit ade was quite pretty just from its deep pink color. It came in a round glass with ice, and placed next to the souffle it made for a nice color combo in photos, haha. If you like refreshing drinks, the grapefruit ade would suit you well too.

Is Andamiro Pancake Seongsu worth it for soufflé pancakes in Seongsu?

Andamiro Pancake felt less like a flashy large-scale café and more like a Seongsu dessert café with a clear signature dish in the souffle. The atmosphere was bright and comfortable, and best of all, the souffle came with plenty of fruit, making it great to share between two, haha.

If you've had a meal around Seoul Forest or Seongsu and find yourself craving something sweet, this is worth a stop lol. Next time I'd like to try the crème brûlée souffle or a seasonal fruit menu. This was Mudeung, signing off after another sweet outing 😊
