Large microfiber beach towel for valley swims: Lifeclue

I packed the Lifeclue Beach Towel for a trip to Myojeoksa Valley (묘적사 계곡) with my family. The midday sun was hot, but the valley water was refreshingly cold. After playing in the water, I tried using the towel in several ways while drying off and resting.

Is it large enough to wrap around your body?

I usually bring several towels, but they are bulky and become heavy when wet, which is a downside. This towel was much larger than a regular towel, so it was nice for wrapping around my whole body after being in the water. I also used it as a mat to sit and rest on the valley rocks.

My father tried draping the towel around himself so I could photograph its size and design. It covered his body so broadly that only his legs showed below it.

What does the design feel like?

When I received it, the Western-style pattern caught my eye first. Unlike a plain towel, the pattern became a focal point, so it looked nice in our outing photos too.

Did it dry off water well after swimming?

What I liked most while using it at the valley was its absorbency. The microfiber felt soft, and when I lightly dried my hair, arms, and legs, it seemed to soak up moisture quickly. Wrapping it around myself after playing in the water felt warm and comfortable.

The enclosed guide listed its design, soft feel, generous size, sturdy finishing, quick drying, use as a home décor item, convenient storage, and resistance to sand getting caught in it as advantages.

I tried wearing it around myself too. I could wrap it widely around my body, and the bold pattern made it feel a little dressed up even when worn like clothing.

Were washing, drying, and storage easy?

When I got home, I put it in the washing machine. It dried fairly quickly—enough to use again the next day. It was also easy to hang up to dry after use or roll up for storage.

It did not feel very bulky once I rolled it up after swimming. Since I could secure it with the elastic band attached to the product, I tidied it up without a separate tie or pouch. That was convenient for a valley outing when there was already a lot to pack.

Did debris from the valley come off easily?

Because I used it at the valley, debris such as sand and small pebbles got on it. After use, I gave it a few light shakes, and most of it came off easily, so it was simple to tidy up.

How did I use it besides drying my body?

There was a lot to bring to the valley, including a picnic mat, chairs, and a cooler. This time, I used the towel to dry off and spread it over a rock as a quick picnic mat. I also used it to block the sun while taking a short break.

On this outing, I liked its generous size, soft feel, and absorbency when drying off. It was also useful to wear around my body and spread over rocks, so I wanted to pack it again for my next water outing.
