Korean oracle card deck for daily readings: SoulGoddess
In short
SoulGoddess Oracle Cards are a 40-card Korean oracle card deck featuring goddesses. I drew the Hera card while considering quitting my job and also tried the free Goddess MBTI test in the SoulTalk app. A lovely, easy-to-read deck for a light one-card draw when you have something on your mind.

It would be nice to go through life without a single worry, but I think worries and concerns inevitably come up even when we try not to have them. I had recently been considering quitting my job and couldn't quite reach a decision, so while thinking and searching through all sorts of things, I came across oracle cards and bought them right away.
Oracle cards delivered by Coupang Rocket Delivery

I searched for and bought them on Coupang, and as you can see, I ordered and received them on the same day! Once you experience Coupang, I think it's really hard to go back to life before you knew it.

They arrived the same day, as fast as a rocket, in a Coupang Rocket Delivery plastic mailer. When you hold onto a concern for a long time, it keeps growing and gets harder, so I liked being able to receive these the same day.
The contents were simple: one deck of cards. As you can see, it came in a luxurious black box designed with gold foil. Gold-foil printing makes quite a difference to the unit cost, but I really liked the sense of luxury from the box material.

The back was printed in gold foil too. SoulGoddess Oracle Cards are designed around 40 goddesses, unlike the tarot cards you would normally encounter at a tarot café.

Actually, this wasn't my first oracle card purchase, but compared with the deck I bought before, this one definitely looks more luxurious starting with the outer box, right?
SoulGoddess Oracle Cards: contents and design

The box has a magnetic closure, so it is easy to store. Unlike oracle cards that can feel difficult to decipher, these have Korean written on them, as you can see. Usually when you buy oracle cards, a guidebook comes with them, but with SoulGoddess Oracle Cards, I thought they would be easy to interpret just by looking at the cards.

The cards themselves are made of thick paper and coated with gold foil.

So although 40 cards is not a huge number, when you receive them, the deck is about as thick as a stack of thin A4 paper.

The cards feature a variety of beautiful goddesses from Korean figures familiar to us, such as Bari Gongju and Samsin Halmeoni, as well as Egyptian, Greco-Roman, and Eastern mythology.

As someone who likes fantasy novels and stories from many mythologies, I found goddesses I was seeing for the first time too, so they are pretty cards even as collectibles. Each card includes the goddess's symbolism and a clear reading to go with it.

How to do a one-card self reading
The way to read the cards is really simple. Spread the backs out in a fan shape, think carefully about either your daily fortune or your current concern, then choose the one card you feel drawn to.

I drew a card while wondering whether I should leave my current company, and I got Hera. Hera is a leading goddess in Greco-Roman mythology. “Fulfill the role and responsibility entrusted to you. You will be respected at the final moment.” There are some lingering feelings about leaving my job, but I should wrap things up well until the end so there are no bad feelings afterward, right?
Trying the Goddess MBTI in the SoulTalk app

When I first received the cards, there was no guidebook unlike with typical oracle cards, so I looked around to see whether there might be one on a website or app, and found that there was a website.

The website is a shopping mall selling various products, and I heard you can do various tarot consultations through an app called SoulTalk, so I downloaded it. As you can see, it has a 4.7 rating, so it seems to be an app with high user satisfaction.

Sign-up does not require any special personal information. You get ₩1,000 in points if you enter your phone number when signing up, but if you are worried about personal-information leaks, you can leave it out and still sign up with no problem at all.

You can see a range of counselors, along with reviews and ratings, so there seem to be many good counselors who can listen to and advise on your concerns without having to wait in line for months or hours. Beyond reviews, you can also set your preferred consultation style, which makes it nice to get recommendations for counselors who suit you.

Besides the paid consultation service, there are also various free Soul Tests.

I tried one of them, the Goddess MBTI, and it was fun without taking a long time. I got the goddess Kali. There are various tests, so I recommend dropping in when you have something on your mind or when you are bored.
So these days, when I have a concern or am starting my day, I turn to an oracle card answer. On the day I wrote this post, I drew Ishtar.

There is no one right answer to everything, but when you have a concern, a clear answer from somewhere in your own heart that you did not even know about may come out. I recommend SoulGoddess Oracle Cards to anyone with something on their mind or anyone who loves pretty cards.
