If you're looking for a bakery near Songdo Central Park, I recommend Tomoru Bakery (송도토모루베이커리), where the ₩2,400 salt bread was my favorite. It's a 10-minute walk from Senteureolpakeu Station Exit 4, and the basement parking is free for up to 4 hours, so it's easy even if you bring a car.
I went on a weekday around 4 p.m. with my mom to pick up some bread. This should especially help anyone looking for snacks for their parents or bread to stock up at home!

How do you get to Tomoru Bakery, and where do you park?
Tomoru Bakery is on the first floor of Achria Building 2 in Songdo. The shop is entered directly from outside on the ground floor, so it isn't hard to find.

We drove and parked in the building's basement. It's free for up to 4 hours, but you have to ask the staff to confirm your parking. Be sure to mention it when you pay! Four hours is plenty of time to buy bread and still take a leisurely walk in Central Park, haha.
By public transport, it's a 12-minute walk from Incheon National University Station Exit 2, or a 3-minute walk from the Haedoji Park bus stop.
Why is Tomoru Bakery called a master baker's bakery?
According to the shop's introduction, Tomoru Bakery is a place where a Korean Master Baker (제과 기능장, a top national baking qualification) mixes and bakes the dough personally.
They state that they use organic flour, natural sourdough starter, AOP-certified butter and antibiotic-free eggs, and that the dough is aged at low temperature for 18 hours or more. Few Songdo bakeries spell out their ingredients in this much detail, so I felt more confident picking bread for my parents.
What to buy at Tomoru Bakery near Songdo Central Park
Tomoru Bakery has so many kinds of bread that my mom and I wandered around with our trays for a long time, haha.

This day I took home ₩30,000 worth of bread, and I'll introduce the 4 best ones!

Is Tomoru Bakery's ₩2,400 salt bread really that good?
Yes, Tomoru Bakery's salt bread (butter roll with a salted crust) was the number one that day! The butter flavor is rich and the outside is crispy, so I thought, yes, this is a Songdo bakery that nails the basics.

At ₩2,400, the salt bread is priced so you can toss several in your tray without worrying, even with today's prices.
What is Tomoru Bakery's walnut red bean bun like?
Tomoru Bakery's red bean bun (danpatppang) has walnuts mixed in, so there's something to chew on. It's packed with red bean paste, so even one is filling.

It's a great pick for your parents' snack, haha.
Is Tomoru Bakery's fresh vegetable croquette fried or baked?
Nope! Tomoru Bakery's fresh vegetable croquette is baked, not fried. It feels less greasy and has fresh vegetables inside, so it was light and nice to eat.
It's more of a light meal than a snack.
What is the hazelnut alligator bread at Tomoru Bakery?
Tomoru Bakery's alligator is crispy pastry packed with hazelnut filling. The layers are well defined, so it's fun to tear off one layer at a time, hehe.

With coffee, it makes a perfect dessert.
