Bueokgan Restaurant at the Shinsegae outlet is located on the innermost side of NORTH 1F, on the left after you drive in through the entrance.

With so many stores, it can be confusing at first, but it was easy once I used the escalator across from the Daiso building on the first floor as a landmark. The Shinsegae Premium Outlets has plenty of parking, which makes it easy to visit by car from Busan, and being able to eat right in the middle of shopping was another plus.
