Jinju esthetic salon body contouring: Jamae Salon InBody results

The weather has been all over the place lately, and my body has felt so stiff and sluggish, so while looking for care that would be good for dieting and detoxing, I visited Jamae Salon Esthetic (자매살롱에스테틱), which is apparently really popular in Jinju these days. I try to work out fairly diligently too, but it is so hard to deal with swelling and toxins on my own 🥺

So I thought, let’s borrow the help of an expert’s hands and some treatment equipment! I quickly made a Naver reservation and headed over, haha. I was genuinely amazed from start to finish because there were visible numerical changes after just one session.

As soon as I walked in, the owner welcomed me so kindly and warmly that I instantly felt better 🥰 The interior was clean with a lovely, atmospheric design, so I started my consultation in a comfortable setting.

What was the bodysuit electrical stimulation like?

First, I had an InBody measurement to check my condition accurately 📊 After putting on the bodysuit, I went inside the dome. As I lay down in the fitted suit, medium- and low-frequency electrical currents tingled throughout my whole body.

It felt like it was pinpointing and working even my deep muscles, stimulating muscles I do not normally use with a tingly workout-like sensation. It was tingly but refreshing—pure healing 💖

How the electrical stimulation and heat care were explained to me

I received a warm treatment in a dome-shaped capsule device called Live On, intended to raise body temperature and release toxins 🔥 As I lay inside the capsule, my whole body warmed up and I could feel the sweat pouring out 💦

Even though I do not normally sweat easily, it felt as though all the waste in my body was being washed away, leaving me feeling completely refreshed inside, haha. Being able to lie down and receive the treatment comfortably made it pure healing.

InBody figure changes after one session

After just one session, my body fat mass had dropped by an incredible 1.9 kg, from 17.9 kg to 16.0 kg. My body fat percentage also fell 3.2%, from 30.3% to 27.1%, while my skeletal muscle mass actually rose from 23.0 kg to 23.9 kg 💪

What is more, seeing my visceral fat area clearly shrink from 47 cm² to 35 cm² in the figures really inspired confidence. I was so satisfied because I could feel that my swelling had eased and my body felt much lighter, haha. Honestly, I want this every day…
