I'd been looking for a place around Jonggak with a nice atmosphere and food that's genuinely good, and the place I went to this time is Schedule Osteria (스케줄 오스테리아)~ It's near Jonggak Station so it's easy to get to, and the interior was so much prettier than I expected that I was in a good mood the moment I walked in.💖 It suits anyone looking for a Jonggak date restaurant or wanting a meal with some atmosphere. With a varied menu of pasta, lasagna and the like, it also seemed like a solid option when you're looking for a Jonggak pasta place for a blind date.

Just head on up~~
A pretty European-style space right from the entrance
This is the first space that catches your eye when you walk in. The red walls with arched mirrors and window designs gave it a European feel that's a little different from a typical restaurant. There's a bench on one side where you can wait, and a menu board is set up so you can look over what's on offer before going in.

Images related to Schedule Osteria's menu are displayed on the wall too, so the atmosphere is quite pretty right from the entrance.

Overall it's a pretty space for photos, so it was nice for snapping a proof shot before or after the meal.
A hall and bar seats with sunlight through floor-to-ceiling windows
Head further in and you see a wide, open hall, and the big floor-to-ceiling windows give it a great sense of openness. You can see the scenery around Jonggak Station outside the windows, and during the day natural light comes in, so the interior feels even brighter and warmer. The tables are neatly arranged, and the navy chairs work as an accent, so the overall vibe feels sophisticated! It's an atmosphere that isn't overwhelming for a date meal, and it's fine for a relaxed meal with a friend too.

A long bar and an open kitchen
In the space that stretches further in, there was a long bar table.

The kitchen is open, so I caught a glimpse of the staff preparing the food, and glasses and cooking tools were lined up above the bar, giving it that distinctive osteria feel.

The interior isn't just clean; there are accents here and there, so it was fun to look around. I think the atmosphere would be even better in the evening once the lights come on, so it would suit an evening visit as a Jonggak date restaurant too.

Seats by the floor-to-ceiling windows and sofa seats
By the windows there were all kinds of seats, from tables for 2 to spots for larger groups. I liked that the windows are big enough to look out at the view while you eat. During the day the sunlight comes in softly, so photos come out pretty, and it's a good seat for food photos too.

It's an atmosphere that's good for sitting across from each other and talking on a date, so I thought it would work for people looking for a blind-date restaurant too. haha It's not too loud or casual, so it should suit a first meeting just fine. Further inside there were sofa seats with a slightly more comfortable feel. The soft beige sofas, round tables and gentle wall lighting came together nicely, and I liked this space too. It's cozier than a typical restaurant table, so it would be good for lingering over a long meal and conversation.

The neatly arranged wine bottles felt like part of the interior, which made for a nice atmosphere. A glass of wine with the meal would make for a much more atmospheric time. If you're looking for a Jonggak pasta place for a blind date, I'd recommend it all the more for this atmosphere. It feels less like a place you just eat and more like the space itself sets a date mood~
The pasta, lasagna and arancini we ordered
Here's the menu.

🍝 What we ordered

The bread came out first~

The bread is crispy, and you spread it with the truffle-scented butter jam...? that comes with it~ If you like truffle, you'll probably love it!!haha
- Truffle cheese wheel tagliatelle ₩33,000
- Ragù lasagna ₩28,000
- Bolognese arancini ₩18,000

Truffle cheese wheel tagliatelle
This dish really caught my eye from the visuals alone. The pasta is tossed in a cheese wheel, so it was fun to watch too. haha The cheese and sauce blend smoothly into the wide tagliatelle noodles, so the whole noodle felt thickly coated. On top of that, the distinctive truffle aroma rises gently, and eaten together with the nutty, salty flavor of the cheese, the flavor was quite intense.

The wide noodles hold the sauce nicely, and with each bite you get the smooth cheese flavor first, followed by the truffle aroma! If you like truffle, I think you'll be especially satisfied. Personally, this was the most memorable dish of everything I ate that day. If you're looking for Jonggak pasta and want to try something a little special, I'd recommend this one.👍

Ragù lasagna
Rich ragù sauce and cheese are layered between the lasagna's signature stacked sheets, so it looked appetizing from the start. With one bite you get the rich tomato-based ragù, plus the hearty flavor from the meat, for a satisfying, filling taste.

The cheese on top is lightly browned for a savory taste, and with the soft lasagna sheets and rich sauce coming together, the flavor got better with every bite.

Bolognese arancini
The bolognese arancini we ordered as a side were more appealing than I expected.

The outside is fried crisp and the inside has soft rice with bolognese flavor, so you get that crispy-outside, soft-inside texture.

Bite into the crispy outside first and you get a savory fried taste, then as you reach the inside the tomato and meat flavors join in and the taste gets richer. It adds a crunchy texture among soft dishes like the pasta and lasagna, so it was nice to eat alongside them. Eaten with the sauce the flavor gets even richer, and since they're bite-sized, I thought it's a good dish to share when visiting as a group.

They said they give 1 free drink for the receipt review event~

How was it for a Jonggak date or blind-date meal?
Schedule Osteria, the place I visited this time, won me over not just with the food but with the atmosphere of the space too. During the day especially, sunlight comes in through the windows for a bright, comfortable feel, and in the evening, with the lighting added, I think it would become a bit more atmospheric. The feel probably changes depending on the time of day. I also think it's a good choice for anyone looking for a blind-date restaurant. The interior is clean and sophisticated, so it shouldn't feel awkward even on a first meeting, and with choices from pasta to lasagna and arancini, picking the menu together would be fun too. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a Jonggak date restaurant. 😊
Hours are weekdays 11:00–22:00 and weekends 11:00–21:30, with a break time from 15:30 to 17:00.
