The base parking fee is ₩3,000 per 30 minutes. If you visit on a weekday before 5 p.m., 1 hour is deducted; on weekdays after 5 p.m. and on weekends, 2 hours are deducted. The restaurant clearly takes care of guests arriving by car. With up to 2 hours of parking covered on a weekday evening or weekend date, you can take your time over the meal and the conversation.

In the bright daylight hours it feels fresh and tidy, and in the evening, once the sun goes down and the soft lighting comes on, I imagine you'd get a romantic night view.

Schedule Osteria has counter bar seats, spacious tables by the windows, and group sofa seats. The tables are laid out generously, so it's a good place to enjoy time just for the two of you.

What we ordered at Schedule Osteria

This time we chose the cheese wheel pasta (₩34,000), the shrimp bisque risotto (₩34,000) and the honey cod (₩33,000). You order on the tablet at each table, which shows detailed photos and descriptions of every dish.

As the dishes arrived one by one, the great looks and aromas we'd been hoping for filled the table.

Signature cheese wheel pasta and the live performance

The cheese wheel pasta is Schedule Osteria's undisputed signature dish. Staff bring a huge wheel of cheese and a cart right to your table and toss the pasta in the cheese on the spot, a live cheese wheel performance.

It makes the anniversary mood even more cheerful. Every wide, chewy noodle is thickly coated in deep, rich cheese, and the generously grated truffle on top gives a heavy, polished umami that fills your mouth.

Shrimp bisque risotto

The shrimp bisque risotto is stir-fried in a richly simmered bisque sauce and topped generously with plump, springy shrimp.

With the first spoonful, the deep crustacean aroma and umami had soaked into every grain of rice. Eating it alongside the creamy cheese wheel pasta seemed to double the flavor.

Honey cod

The last main, the honey cod, is an upscale fish dish reinterpreting a Spanish style: white-fleshed cod that's crisp outside and soft and moist inside.

The sweet honey sauce and the freshness of lemon come together in a refined balance. Eating the tender, flaking cod with the special sauce, I thought it would make a great snack with wine too.
