Salt bread and baked sweets

Salt bread is another dessert you'll find here. It's a plain bread with buttery flavor and a salty touch, so it has a different charm from sweet cakes. It's a good pick when you want something light with coffee or sweet desserts feel like too much.

The chocolate cake had a fluffy, soft sheet. Whipped cream and chocolate cream came together on the chocolate sheet, so you get that sweet chocolate flavor.

The chocolate cream on top was crazy good! With the soft cream and chocolate cream on the fluffy chocolate sheet, it was nice to eat bite by bite.

What about the Basque cheesecake?

Next was the Basque cheesecake. Basque cheesecake is generally baked until the top is deeply browned, so you enjoy the cheese flavor. The cheese aroma was strong, which I liked!
