Cheonan dessert café where lemonade cuts soufflé sweetness: Andamiro

I'd been craving something fluffy lately and went looking for a place, and that's how I ended up at Andamiro Pancake (안다미로팬케이크) in Cheonan, a soufflé spot I'd only seen in photos on social media! In person, the looks and the taste were even better than I expected, so if you're hunting for a dessert café in Cheonan, I think it's worth a visit.

Andamiro Pancake Cheonan: location and opening hours

Andamiro Pancake Cheonan is at 11 Meokgeori 4-gil, Dongnam-gu, Cheonan, Chungnam, on the second floor. It's open Wed–Mon 13:00–22:00 and closed every Tuesday. You can park in a nearby public lot or around the area, and group visits, Wi-Fi and mobile payment are all available.

It's tucked inside the Sinbu-dong food alley, so it was easy to get to, and it's a perfect spot for a dessert round after a meal.

What's the atmosphere of this Sinbu-dong dessert café like?

The inside of Andamiro Pancake Cheonan is white with a touch of wood, clean and comfortable at the same time.

The tables are spaced well enough for easy conversation, and it's a relaxed place whether you come with friends or on a date.

The lighting is pretty for photos too, which made the desserts look even tastier.

It's the kind of style people looking for a Sinbu-dong dessert café these days will love.

What did I order at Andamiro Pancake?

The menu at Andamiro Pancake Cheonan covers everything from soufflé pancakes to croffles (croissant waffles), sorbets and drinks.

After a lot of dithering, this is what I ordered.

How is the texture of the Andamiro soufflé?

The Andamiro soufflé came out first. From the moment the owner brought it over, you could see it wobbling and jiggling, and it's honestly fun to watch.

It was so moist that the knife slid right in, and in the mouth it just melts away! There's no eggy smell, it's mild with a gentle sweetness, so I never got tired of it and enjoyed it to the last bite.

I immediately understood why so many people recommend it as the best soufflé place in Cheonan, haha

How was the double choco croffle?

The double choco croffle I ordered alongside it was a hit too. Rich chocolate is drizzled over a croffle that's crispy outside and chewy inside, with chewy gelato on top, so if you love sweet desserts it's totally your thing!

The soufflé is soft and the croffle is crispy, so I was glad I ordered them together.

Lemonade and desserts: a good match?

I picked the lemonade, which had a fitting amount of fizz and was fresh and tangy, so it went really well with the sweet desserts. Eating the soufflé and croffle can start to feel a little sweet, but one sip of lemonade cleans up your mouth so you can enjoy it all the way to the end.

Personally, I prefer cafés where the whole combination works rather than places with just one good dessert, and Andamiro Pancake's menu balance was really good. The soufflé is fluffy and moist, the croffle crispy and rich, and the drink finishes things off fresh, so I was quite satisfied. If you're looking for something special for dessert in Cheonan or a nice-atmosphere café in Sinbu-dong, it's definitely worth recommending👍🏻
