Where is Zilhal Bros Sangam and how do you get there from Susaek Station?

Zilhal Bros Sangam is located on the 1st floor of Building B, 17 World Cup buk-ro 54-gil, Mapo-gu, Seoul. It's near DMC, and you can get there within a 10-minute walk from Susaek Station Exit 1. The building also has basement parking, so it was convenient to visit by car too haha

Maybe because it's a newly opened store ..◡̈♥ the exterior looked clean from the outside and the whole interior felt tidy too~~ (ღ'ᴗ'ღ)

What kind of brand is Zilhal Bros? A New York street food and halal concept

The inside of the restaurant was super clean! And true to a New York street food restaurant haha, doesn't the interior feel kind of exotic?! (ღ'ᴗ'ღ)

At first I saw the store name Zilhal Bros and thought, ah I'd better be careful how I pronounce this (...lol) — Zilhal Bros (JILHAL BROS) is a brand born from the inspiration of halal food, which has long been loved on the streets of New York, apparently lol. Maybe that's why the menu felt a little different from what we usually eat haha

What we ordered and what it cost: 34,600 won at the kiosk

Ordering was done via kiosk! I ordered onion rings + wrap kebab + lamb burrito + chicken burrito, ₩34,600 in total haha. Getting to taste New York street food right in the middle of Seoul felt kind of different haha. There were also fans nearby you could take for free!

CNN was playing on the TV, which really made it feel like a street food shop somewhere abroad. It was also fun looking at the cute figurines scattered around! (ღ'ᴗ'ღ) And after finishing the meal, there was a separate spot to return your own dishes, so it was easy to keep things tidy.

Finally, the food I ordered arrives!! Even if you eat in the store, the leftovers come out ready to pack right up(?), which was nice haha. I asked them to cut the burrito and kebab in half so it'd be easier to eat, and cutting it this way made it simple to eat and showed off the fillings, making it look even more appetizing(?)~

(ღ'ᴗ'ღ) The sauce and ingredients blended well together, so with every bite you could taste several flavors at once, which I liked haha

Burrito vs kebab at Zilhal Bros: the difference is the rice

Honestly, foreign food sometimes has sauces that are too intense or strong-smelling for me, so I'm not usually a huge fan... but Zilhal Bros Sangam's flavor was milder than I expected and suited Korean tastes pretty well, so it was easy to eat without feeling overwhelmed!

Burrito on the left, kebab on the right haha. The difference between the burrito and the kebab comes down to whether there's rice or not!! If you want something filling, go for the burrito; if you want something a bit lighter, the kebab is the way to go haha

How are the onion rings as a side?

Next up, onion rings~~ They weren't as salty as I expected and were crispy, so they went well alongside the burrito and kebab. Crispy outside and soft inside, so eating one every now and then, my hand kept reaching for more lol

When is Zilhal Bros Sangam worth a visit?

True to a street food spot, Zilhal Bros was great for busy modern people who want a simple meal that's still packed with nutrition! Overall the portions were pretty generous, so I went in planning to eat something simple and ended up having a surprisingly filling meal! haha

When you feel like eating something simple like a burger or sandwich but want a bit more of a filling meal... or when you want something a little more unusual... this is a perfect place to visit.
