Yangyang grilled-meat lunch with roasted galbi: Yeoyejeong
Yeoyejeong is a grilled-meat restaurant in Yangyang, Gangwon, where I stopped for a lunch special after swimming at Gongsujeon Valley. The grilled-meat sotbap was easy to eat because the galbi arrived cooked, and the galbitang was tender, though the kimchi jjigae was hotter than I expected.
