Pork belly in Dong-gu, Daejeon: Jeonbotdae Sutbul Ogyeop
Jeonbotdae Sutbul Ogyeop is a pork barbecue restaurant in Yongun-dong, Dong-gu, Daejeon. I tried a geun (600 g) set of pork belly and pork neck, doenjang sajangbap, and soybean paste stew, including its unusual seaweed, pollock roe mayo, and pickled chili pairing. Verdict: the juicy pork belly and distinctive accompaniments were the standouts.
