Paju rainbow-sofa café: firm and soft peach bingsu, Fruit Forest

Bingsu (Korean shaved ice) season is back! I found a real Paju bingsu hotspot and just had to tell you all, haha! This is Fruit Forest, a Paju fruit bingsu place. The amount of fruit piled on top is absolutely insane! Hahaha

What are the parking and building like at Fruit Forest Paju Direct Store?

The building at Fruit Forest Paju Direct Store (과일의숲 파주직영점) is huge and the parking lot is really roomy, so I visited with zero parking worries! The building is also super clean.

Fruit Forest sells tasty desserts and coffee as well as bingsu, so I'd recommend it as a Simhaksan café too. Sigh... I was stuffed from the dumpling hot pot (mandu jeongol)... if I hadn't been, I'd have ordered the croffle (croissant waffle) right away.

What's on the bingsu menu at Fruit Forest?

The bingsu menu has red bean bingsu, fresh mango snow bingsu, peach snow bingsu and melon snow bingsu, it seems? Haha It's peach season right now, so I ordered the peach snow bingsu! Hahaha

Fruit display and showcase

Being a fruit bingsu specialist, Fruit Forest has real fruit lined up on display shelves, and it looks like they sell it too! Honestly, if you try the fruit bingsu here, I think you'll end up buying fruit!

The showcase at Fruit Forest is packed with really tempting fruit too! Hahaha Next time I'll go for the fruit juice!!! Hahaha

The interior of Fruit Forest is really clean and pretty too! The thing that caught my eye most was the rainbow sofa! This is the seat I took at Fruit Forest!!! Partly so I could eat comfortably, of course.

What's on Fruit Forest's peach snow bingsu?

Fruit Forest's peach snow bingsu has two kinds of peaches, firm (ttakbok) and soft (mulbok), plus cheese cubes, ice cream and peach syrup(?). Just look at this peach bingsu. A bingsu absolutely crammed with peaches, I'm losing it~~~~~~ It's seriously amazing!!!!!!!!

Let me dare to take the first bite of this precious peach bingsu? One bite and it's sweet, crazy-good peach bingsu ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ Why aren't you going to Fruit Forest, the Paju bingsu hotspot? Go right now!!!!!!!!!!!

Even firm-peach fans fall for the soft peaches

Wow,, and true to a fruit bingsu hotspot, Fruit Forest's firm peaches are tasty and the soft peaches are so sweet and delicious too! I'm normally a firm-peach person, but the squishy peaches were great as well!

The peaches never seem to run out

I'd said I was too full from the dumpling hot pot to eat anything, but Fruit Forest's peach bingsu just keeps going down. And wait, while I'm eating, are the peaches breeding..? They really don't shrink. I was flustered, lol (that's how many peaches there are).

With this much fruit you can pull the sneaky move of picking out only the peaches, right? The peach even tasted a bit like apple mango? Haha So I kept eating going, what is this, did somebody brush honey on the peaches? Even when you're full, you have a separate stomach for dessert, you know.

And the owner's sense is just wild, the cheesecake cubes you bite into here and there are mind-blowing,, hahahahaha Peach + cheesecake cubes is no joke!!!!!!!!!

Why I recommend Fruit Forest as a Paju bingsu spot and Simhaksan café

If you're looking for a real Paju bingsu hotspot or a Simhaksan café, definitely go to Fruit Forest!! That peach syrup was so good, and the peaches and the shaved ice were all delicious in Fruit Forest's bingsu. If you ask me for a Paju bingsu hotspot, I'm recommending Fruit Forest, no question. Big thumbs up!!!

At the end I returned my bowl to the return counter like a good customer! See the bingsu bowl on the right, almost all eaten~? Fruit Forest, my Paju bingsu hotspot, next time I'll go for other bingsu + desserts!!!!!!!!!
