What is the restaurant like at 6pm on a Saturday?
We visited around 6pm on a Saturday, and the interior was so spacious and comfortable that I liked it from the first impression. You can also see the view outside, which adds a nice sense of openness.

Families with kids kept coming in for their weekend dinner out. Cute baby chairs were well stocked too, so it seemed like this spot is already familiar to families in Naju's Bitgaram-dong as a go-to place to eat with kids :)
We sat down and ordered right away through the kiosk. We got the sweet potato cheese pork cutlet (₩16,900) and the jjol pork cutlet (₩14,900). Once we ordered, we headed straight to the self-serve bar corner on one side of the restaurant!

What's on the self-serve bar: cream soup and udon broth
At the self-serve bar of Jinsim Wang Donkkaseu Naju Innovation Branch, you can help yourself to as much as you like — not just simple side dishes like pickled radish and kkakdugi (diced radish kimchi), but also salad greens, warm udon broth, and the savory cream soup that's an absolute must with Western-style pork cutlet!

Scooping up the warm, smooth soup before the cutlet arrived really soothed my stomach and brought out the flavor — pure happiness (I'm a bit of a cream soup lover 🖤).

Soon after, a smart robot beeped its way to our table and served the food super fast. The cutlets come with cabbage salad on the side, dressed in the familiar ketchup-mayo combo.

Sweet potato cheese pork cutlet, 16,900 won, piled with sweet potato mousse
The first to arrive was the sweet potato cheese pork cutlet, and the look of it was over.whelm.ing. There was a really generous mound of sweet, creamy sweet potato mousse piled on top of the cutlet — I've had times before ordering this dish where I was disappointed by how little mousse there was, but not here.
The moment I sliced the cutlet in half with a knife, gooey cheese came pouring out like a waterfall — total cheese-pull moment. Just looking at it again makes me hungry.

The harmony between the crispy batter, savory cheese, and sweet potato mousse was so good that I'd rank this as the best sweet potato cheese pork cutlet I've had so far 🖤 It's hard to find a place where the cheese, sweet potato mousse, and the meat itself are all equally generous.

Jjol pork cutlet, 14,900 won, the bite that cuts the richness
Next up was the jjol pork cutlet, which my husband ordered since it's usually his favorite — and it was a hit again 🖤 The tangy, sweet-and-spicy jjolmyeon (chewy cold noodles) was loaded generously with fresh vegetables, so it was perfect for a bite in between whenever the cutlet felt a bit too rich! The cutlet meat that came with it was handmade too, so it was thick and juicy with a satisfying bite.

At the next table, the babies were happily munching on their cutlets with their cute little mouths, and our couple table finished the meal satisfied, plates wiped clean.

Oh, and I saw they also have a pork cutlet kimchi nabe (hot pot) — since the weather's getting chillier, I'll have to try that next time! If you're looking for a proper Western-style pork cutlet spot in Naju, or a hearty lunch place in Naju Innovation City, I recommend a visit :) The food comes out fast too, so if you're hunting for a lunch spot in Bitgaram-dong, come on through!
