Yunujae Munhyeon Shabu Kalguksu is a shabu-shabu and handmade kalguksu restaurant in Munhyeon-dong, Busan. I had two regular-spice red-broth portions with extra sirloin and sujebi, then finished with kimchi and minari kimchi fried rice. Verdict: a full, deeply satisfying shabu course I keep returning to.
