Gang Galbitang Seomyeon is a galbitang (short rib soup) restaurant near Bujeon Market in Seomyeon, Busan. The writer ordered the signature basic galbitang, enjoyed large ribs that fell right off the bone in a clean, light broth, and topped it off with extra kkakdugi (diced radish kimchi) from the self-bar before mixing rice into the last of the soup. With bar seats for solo diners, it's a great spot for a filling meal on your own in Seomyeon.
