It's been a while since I came to Sinbu-dong. Why did I come? For bread, hahaha. There's a great baked-sweets spot near Cheonan Terminal, and that's Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch (브루어스커피 천안신부점).

Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch is at 20 Meokgeori 9-gil, Dongnam-gu, Cheonan, Chungnam, South Korea, inside the Sinbu-dong food alley. It's open daily 10:00-21:00.
For parking, use the nearby 4.5 Public Parking Lot. There's a public lot right next door, but it was full when I went T_T Spaces aren't plentiful there. The first 30 minutes are free, though, so it looks handy for a quick stop to pick up takeout!

Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch has outdoor seats and is a dog-friendly café. It was a bit hot that day, so I went inside.

Packed even on a weekday afternoon
I visited on a weekday afternoon, not a weekend, and there were still no seats. Wait, what is this place..? I was seriously shocked the moment I walked in.. Okay, Sinbu-dong's café hotspot confirmed 👍🏻
The inside of Brewers is clean and has lots of photo spots. I took one selfie in the mirror by the way out to the outside, then went to order.
With no table seats free, I ended up doing takeout, haha. The baked sweets at this Sinbu-dong café really come in a huge variety.

Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch has a wide coffee menu too. I ordered an "aa" (iced Americano)!
While waiting, I looked around the shop and took photos. They sell coffee beans, plus tumblers and caps! The canelé-shaped decoration is cute too. And frames on the wall!
I sat by the door and waited, and out came my coffee and baked sweets.
Not for gifting, just takeout for me!
How did the matcha ganache canelé and madeleines taste?
The Brewers coffee was rich and so good. The canelé looked so delicious that I couldn't wait and ate it in the car 🐷
This matcha canelé was seriously amazing..🥹 Even my mom, who doesn't really like desserts, took one bite and said it was so good and asked what it was, haha.
The madeleine was amazing too.. gone on the spot.. Next time I'll go and try the flavors I haven't had yet. I recommend it as a baked-sweets hotspot in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan.
