Pot rice restaurant with a self-serve rice bar in Cheongju: Sorori
Sorori Cheongju Main Branch is a pot rice and buckwheat gimbap (seaweed rice roll) restaurant on Jungang-ro in the Seongan-gil area of Cheongju, Chungbuk. Visiting with a child, the writer ordered the beef galbi pot rice and shrimp buckwheat gimbap and melted butter into the rice, and used the plain white rice at the self-serve bar to top up the child's portion. With baby chairs inside and 1 hour of free parking at the Urban Regeneration Hub Center across the street, Sorori made for an easy family meal on Seongan-gil.
