What is the seaweed pesto seafood barley risotto?

The seaweed pesto seafood barley risotto is a signature risotto at Mano di Chef Jamsil Branch, made with seaweed (gamtae) pesto and seafood, using barley instead of rice. It's the first dish I'll introduce from what we ordered!

It felt different from an ordinary risotto, so I was extra curious, haha. I ate it wondering how the seaweed pesto would go with the seafood. A barley risotto sounds unusual just from the name! If you like pasta or risotto, it might be nice to try something a little different from the usual.

Risotto alone felt like a shame, so we also ordered the steak pizza at Mano di Chef Jamsil Branch! Together with the seaweed pesto seafood barley risotto, it was a great combo for two to share.

When it's just me and my husband, ordering a few dishes to share is half the fun, hehe. Having both risotto and pizza made the meal feel much fuller. If you'd rather taste different dishes than stick to just one, this combo works nicely!
