Donggok Jemyeon is a Korean noodle restaurant in Dongseong-ro, Daegu, serving kalguksu made with freshly prepared noodles. I tried the ultra-concentrated chicken kalguksu, Korean beef bone broth kalguksu, and seafood chive pancake; the thick, chewy standard noodles were the standout. Verdict: a great stop for a clean, comforting bowl of hot noodles.
