What are the seating and space like at 5to7 Seongsu Main Branch?

There is an ordering area on the 1st floor and café seating on floors 2–3, so it's spacious and comfortable! There's an outdoor terrace too, which was lovely for enjoying dessert and coffee as the weather warms up 😊 There are quite a few spots that people who love Instagram-style photos will enjoy, so I think they'll be happy here!!

Ube is super hot on social media these days, and 5to7 Seongsu has launched a new <Ube Soufflé>!! I was tempted to try it, but the fresh mango soufflé on top caught my eye, so I went straight for the fresh mango 😊

Next to the counter there's cold drinking water for customers! They have disposable paper cups, so you can tell they care about cleanliness haha

How are the taste and portion of the 5to7 mango soufflé?

5to7 Seongsu Main Branch had many soufflé options, like strawberry, pearl crème brûlée and matcha, but my pick was the mango soufflé! ☺️🥭 The reason the soufflés here are so good is that they're cooked the moment you order, so you get the soft, airy texture of a soufflé just as it should be ❤️ The fresh mango on the side gave a sweet mango flavor, and the cute round yellow scoops were mango sorbet, so I got that tangy-sweet taste too 😍

The 5to7 mango soufflé comes with fresh mango, so it's extra fresh, tangy and sweet! 😊 The mango pieces are big too, and the portion is just right for 2–3 people. Two soufflés covered in cream come stacked one on top of the other, and it's quite a lot and looks so fluffy that I thought it looked delicious the moment I saw it! 👍

The cream was truly a masterstroke: it goes so well with the not-too-sweet, fluffy soufflé that your hand just keeps reaching for more. What a soufflé spot ❤️

How are the 5to7 Einspänner and americano?

The 5to7 Einspänner is the signature drink of 5to7 Seongsu Main Branch! Sweet custard cream on top of smooth coffee and milk is seriously good 😊 I cracked the sugar-coated custard cream and drank it with the coffee, and I understood why it's the most popular signature drink ❤️ It was so good that I'd recommend it as a coffee spot too~!

I ordered an iced americano instead of the Einspänner. The coffee itself is tasty, nutty rather than acidic, so it's a coffee spot that suits Korean tastes perfectly! ☕️
