Seoul Korean BBQ with per-cut price tags: Jeongyukdo, Hapjeong
In short
Jeongyukdo is a two-story Korean BBQ restaurant three minutes from Exit 5 of Hapjeong Station in Mapo, Seoul, with an outdoor garden patio that opened in early September. At a patio table the meal was the handon (Korean pork) set with doenjang stew for 49,000 won and mul-naengmyeon (cold noodle soup) for 6,000 won, with thick-cut pork belly served butcher-shop style under a price tag for each cut. For a cool autumn evening outdoors with genuinely good meat, Jeongyukdo in Hapjeong is a strong pick.

Enjoying this crisp autumn weather~? You know a patio dinner is basically mandatory in weather like this!! I really love eating outdoors,,, so while hunting for a patio spot near Hapjeong I fell hard for the meat at "Jeongyukdo (정육도)." Let me introduce it right now. Let's Go!
Where Jeongyukdo is near Hapjeong Station, and its hours
- 📍 Address: 14 Yanghwa-ro 6-gil, Mapo-gu, Seoul, 2nd floor
- ⏰ Hours: 11:30–23:00 (Sundays 11:30–22:00)
- Last order 21:30 (Sundays 20:30)
Jeongyukdo is about a 3-minute walk from Exit 5 of Hapjeong Station. It's so close to the station that it was easy to find.

The garden patio that opened in early September
The moment you arrive at Jeongyukdo, an outdoor garden grabs your attention. They opened this patio in early September, apparently. It's exactly my style, ugh ㅠㅠ If you want to properly feel that patio dinner mood, I highly recommend Jeongyukdo!!

There are sofa seats that fit the patio vibe, and I was impressed by how many jangdokdae (traditional earthenware jars) they have.

So many autographs the moment you step inside! Confirms this is a Hapjeong favorite that plenty of celebrities have visited~

Indoor seating at Jeongyukdo for group dinners
The interior layout at Jeongyukdo was interesting — split into two or three room-like sections, each holding several tables. The space is clean and there are plenty of tables, making it great for group work dinners too. If you prefer indoor to patio, there are plenty of comfortable indoor tables as well.

Side dishes and the three sauces for the pork
We ate out on the patio. First they brought pickled onions and green onion salad. They also gave us tongs to serve ourselves easily.

Along with the meat they gave us fresh wasabi, whole grain mustard, pink salt, salted seafood, pickled radish, and jang-a-jji (pickled vegetables). How did they curate such a perfect combination to pair with grilled meat..♡

What comes with the 49,000-won handon pork set
Jeongyukdo has its own signature set menu, which made ordering convenient. The nice thing about the set is you can choose between doenjang stew or a hot pot with meljeot.
- 📌 Hanton (Korean pork) set with doenjang stew ₩49,000 x 1
- 📌 Mul-naengmyeon (cold noodle soup) ₩6,000 x 1
That's what we ordered.

Jeongyukdo's lunch menu
There's also a huge variety of lunch menu items — hanwoo ugeoji (dried radish greens) soup, galbitang, yukhoe bibimbap, spicy braised galbi, samgyeop bulssam, and hanwoo doenjang stew, plus a lunch-special hanwoo seasoned sirloin set. The seasoned sirloin comes with a choice of doenjang stew, mul-naengmyeon, or bibim-naengmyeon. If you work nearby or happen to be in Hapjeong, the lunch menu seems like an excellent choice too.

Thick-cut Korean pork served with a price tag per cut
The hanton set arrived!! But is this meat thickness for real. It's genuinely so thick and the quality is amazing... Korean pork really does hit different >ㅁ<

They stick on a price tag just like at a butcher shop. Seeing the price tag somehow makes you feel like you're getting a deal lol

They put the thick meat on the grill and cook it all for you~~ The charcoal and grill plate here are both great, so that thick meat cooked through quickly. They cut it into bite-sized pieces as they grill~~
Sauces plated on the stone side plate
They give you a side plate that's kind of like a stone slab, and I wanted to eat fancy somehow, so I plated out little portions of whole grain mustard, fresh wasabi, and salt haha

Dip the pork belly lightly in salt, top with pickled onion, then add a bit of fresh wasabi — and that's it, perfection,,,

Ending with doenjang stew and cold noodles
And here's the doenjang stew we chose with the set menu. This pairs so well with the meat too, and I polished off a whole bowl of rice with it!

The cold noodles arrived and I completely lost my mind eating them — this photo is a rushed shot taken mid-bite — but the thin noodles, exactly my favorite kind, paired with the refreshing broth that washes down all the meat, made for the perfect ending.

Who Jeongyukdo suits best
If you want to fully feel high-quality meat plus that patio atmosphere in this crisp autumn air, I unconditionally recommend Jeongyukdo in Hapjeong!
- ✔️ Anyone looking for a group dinner or work-dinner spot in Hapjeong
- ✔️ Anyone looking for a distinctive patio-style BBQ restaurant

For anyone like this, I actively recommend Hapjeong's "Jeongyukdo" ෆ
