Gangnam, Seoul Italian restaurant: pasta and steak at Eulji Darak
In short
Eulji Darak Gangnam Station is an Italian restaurant near Gangnam Station in Seoul. I ordered spicy cream pasta and steak in its bright, tidy dining room; Eulji Darak Gangnam Station is a reliable pick whenever pasta cravings strike.

How to get to Eulji Darak Gangnam Station and where to park
Exit 11 at Gangnam Station is the closest one!
Sadly, perhaps because it’s Gangnam Station, there isn’t separate parking support. But I’ve included a nearby public parking lot you can use as a reference! Yeoksam Munhwa Park No. 1 Public Parking Lot was the closest, hehe.
It’s open daily from 11:30 to 21:15, with no break time!

An entrance waiting upstairs on the second floor
It occupies the whole spacious second floor. Since it’s not on the ground floor, the open view when you go up is lovely. Another reason I like this place!

The fun thing about this place...! Now, which of these two is the door? (Look carefully at the writing.)

The answer—it's the elevator! I got lost the first time I came, haha. Does everyone else get in right away...? They open the elevator doors for you.

A clean atmosphere suited to blind dates and dates
Once inside, you’ll find this super-clean pasta restaurant near Gangnam Station, haha. One great thing about Eulji Darak is its neat interior, so lots of people come for blind dates or dates, you know? (The people at the next table looked like they were on a blind date.)

The dishes I often order at Eulji Darak
Here come my menu recommendations! Eulji Darak has a nice atmosphere, of course, but the food is good too, so I also come here with friends rather than only for dates.
- Darak omurice (Japanese-style omelet rice)
- Spicy cream pasta
- Grilled pork neck steak
Darak spicy pasta is a ragu-style pasta, but spicy cream pasta is more my thing, haha. Check below for the full menu!!

Today, instead of omurice, I wanted meat, so I ordered spicy cream pasta and steak. (My mouth is watering just thinking of that familiar taste.) To order, ring the bell to call them over, haha... (Even if it feels cheesy, they told us to call them that way...)

A bright, warm interior for an easy meal
The interior is decorated in white and wood tones, so it felt bright and warm overall. Plenty of sunlight comes in, which makes it great for photos too! The tables are spaced nicely, and there are quite a few seats all the way inside. It was relatively quiet when we visited, so we could eat comfortably. Since the atmosphere isn’t noisy, I think it would work well for a date or a gathering with friends too. (As expected, Darak gets a pass from the atmosphere alone.)

Spicy cream pasta and steak together
If you order lemonade, they give you the syrup separately! Just mix in as much as you want.
And finally, the food arrived! Please, please, please try my favorite spicy cream pasta.

Doesn’t it look absolutely incredible?

The steak comes with everything from mustard and wasabi to assorted vegetables and mashed potatoes. Combining all of that into one bite is just ridiculously delicious.

Pickles on request and a charging area
There’s an area where you can charge your phone without having to ask, and they bring pickles when requested. I like these pickles, so I usually ask for them and eat them with my meal.

As always, I left Eulji Darak Gangnam full and happy. (Even the restroom is set up like this, lol.)

This was a sponsored visit, but it’s a great restaurant I go to often even without that! Eulji Darak is just one of those places you can trust, isn’t it? The taste is a sure thing—I recommend it whenever you want pasta.
