What kind of wedding hall is Stadium Convention Wedding in Suseong, Daegu?

Stadium Convention Wedding (스타디움컨벤션웨딩) is a wedding hall at 180 Yunibeosiadeu-ro, near Daegu Stadium. I just visited and it was so much better than I expected, so I wanted to share it, haha.

If you've been looking at wedding venues in Daegu, you've probably heard of it at least once, and seeing it in person made it even better?! Haha. It's close to Daegu Stadium so access is easy, and I think it's a good option if you're searching for a wedding hall in Suseong, Daegu, haha.

Is parking easy at Stadium Convention Wedding?

The best thing about Stadium Convention Wedding was the parking. The lot is so big that dozens of buses can turn around in it, so it was really easy to get to as a guest.

Parking stress at wedding halls is a real thing, but the lot here is huge, so you hardly have to worry about it, haha.

What is the renovated standalone hall like?

Maybe because it was renovated, the facilities were really clean overall, and since it runs as a standalone hall, it didn't have that chaotic feel of several weddings happening at once. There were ceremonies scheduled at every time slot like this, haha.

Wedding halls can be packed and overwhelming, but this one felt much more relaxed and comfortable!!!! The flow is easy for guests, and I thought the couple could focus more on their ceremony too.

Is the guest meal easy with a child?

The restaurant at Stadium Convention Wedding prepared a baby chair for us, so I could eat comfortably with my little prince :) We went to eat before the ceremony started.

At a wedding, the food quality really matters too, right?!?!!? The meal is one of the things guests remember longest, haha. So I went in with high hopes and it was much better than I expected. The dining room was spacious and pleasant, and the overall atmosphere was nice.

I think it's easy for families with kids to use without any pressure. As I walked around the buffet stations, the variety was huge. Korean, Western and Chinese dishes were all covered, so I think anyone, young or old, would be happy, haha.

The view outside while you eat is so good too!! All kinds of seafood, sea squirt bibimbap, such a variety..

What's on the Stadium Convention Wedding buffet?

Sea squirt bibimbap, sashimi and sushi

The buffet had sea squirt bibimbap (rice bowl with sea squirt), which isn't easy to find at wedding buffets, and a good range of sushi too. What I liked especially was that it isn't just a pile of random dishes but a solid lineup of popular foods!!!

There was so much I wanted to eat that I couldn't decide what to try first. I was happy to see the sea squirt bibimbap. Staff refilled the food right away, the ingredients were fresh and it tasted good, and I was glad to enjoy something different. I think sashimi lovers would be satisfied too!!

Korean and Western stations and BBQ

The Korean station had plenty of dishes that older guests would like, and the Western station had pasta and pizza. There was a variety of meat too, so I was really satisfied with the meal, haha.

Personally, the BBQ items left an impression: the meat was in good condition and tasted good. It didn't feel like a half-hearted wedding buffet; it felt like every dish had been cared for!!!

Maybe that's why the guests around us kept saying the food was good. The dessert corner was a hit too!!! There was a variety of fruit and several desserts, a nice way to finish the meal.

Bulgogi, grilled short ribs and shrimp

Piping hot bulgogi (marinated beef), grilled short ribs, shrimp, such a variety of dishes, I was so happy...!

What I felt using the buffet is that the lineup suits everyone, young and old!! Kids like pizza and pasta, older guests like the Korean station, and younger people can enjoy sushi and BBQ, so I think families will be very satisfied, haha.

Fried food, Korean dishes, porridge and salad

There's a ton of fried food too, haha.

There are Korean dishes like this too. It doesn't feel like they just filled up the trays, everything was tasty!!!

The porridge and salads come in a big variety too. I liked that the sashimi got refilled right away, haha. Pilaf, chicken and all kinds of raw fish, I was so happy... The raw fish quality is really good.

Banquet noodles, raw beef, red crab and fruit

Janchi guksu (banquet noodles in broth), the one thing no celebration can skip, was so tasty!!

The yukhoe (raw beef), the red crab and especially the fruit were all such good quality, and I enjoyed them a lot, haha.

What are the wedding hall and outdoor wedding space like?

After eating, I looked around the wedding hall too. The stylish interior feels grand, and I think photos would come out really pretty!?! The moment the couple enters must feel like a scene from a movie.

And one of the big pluses is that it also has an outdoor wedding space!!! You get both the indoor hall and outdoor wedding feel, so I see why so many couples-to-be like it. Guests can stroll and chat before and after the ceremony and take photos, which could make the wedding even more special.

Verdict: parking, facilities and food all satisfying

Overall, after visiting in person, parking, facilities, food and the hall's atmosphere were all satisfying!! I think food is really important at a wedding, and Stadium Convention Wedding's buffet quality is good, so I think guests will be happy.
