Why did I use this instead of cleansing oil on oily-dehydrated skin?

I usually use cleansing tissues and cleansing balm. Cleansing oils tend to cause breakouts for me, so while looking for a cleansing balm to use in hot, humid weather, I tried this product.

What are the formula and packaging like?

Because it contains Korean Jirisan true charcoal, the balm itself was black. The lid closed securely, and there was a small spatula inside, which made it easy to scoop out.

However, when I wiped away the rubbed-in formula with a tissue, it left black residue. I felt it would be best to use it carefully when washing so it does not get on the surrounding area.

Did it remove heavy eye makeup well?

I tested heavy shadow by rubbing it with a small amount of balm, and it felt like it came off without needing much pressure. Even after scooping out one spoonful for the test, there was some left over.

I then tried it on brown and black eyeliner and shimmer shadow too. I was especially pleased that even the shimmer shadow, which I had found bothersome to remove, could be rubbed off with a small amount.

After using it, I felt as though the blackheads around my nose and whiteheads in my pores had been cleared up. It was easy to remove makeup with a small amount and felt refreshing to use, so I felt less burdened even when wearing heavy mascara, eyeliner, or shimmer-shadow makeup.
