The daebang-eo at Izakaya Honma was sliced thick, with a great texture. This is my first yellowtail of the autumn, and the look of it is amazing, right?

Cut thick like this, the texture was seriously good. Yellowtail really is best when it's a little thick.

I think yellowtail goes better with chojang (sweet-and-spicy red pepper dipping sauce).

Eaten with the wasabi that came in the set, it was absolutely heavenly.

The plating was honestly a work of art, and I enjoyed it so much.
