Seongsu soufflé pancake café with vanilla ice cream: Andamiro Pancake

Hi everyone :) I went looking for something sweet in Seoul Forest and ended up at Andamiro Pancake Seongsu! It sits right at the entrance to the Seoul Forest café street, so it's easy to stop by before or after a walk through the park. Its signature is the soufflé pancake, freshly baked on the spot, so it's a great pick if you're hunting for the best dessert café near Seoul Forest. We went on a weekend around 2pm and had a relaxed dessert time :)

Where Andamiro Pancake Seongsu is and how to get there

This Seoul Forest dessert café favorite sits right at the entrance to the Seoul Forest café street. It's about a 7-minute walk from Seoul Forest Station Exit 5, 7 minutes from Ttukseom Station Exit 8, and about 20 minutes from Seongsu Station Exit 4 — very walkable from any of them.

Nearby you can use the Seongdong-gu Community Sports Center public parking lot or the Ttukseom Detention Basin public parking lot.

It's on the 2nd floor of the gray building next to Dongbinggo, across from Hoho Restaurant — once you spot the building, just head up to the 2nd floor.

Right as we came up to the 2nd floor, the Andamiro Pancake storefront came into view.

Andamiro Pancake Seongsu is a spacious 2nd-floor spot with everything from window seats to 4-tops and group tables. Walking in, the space felt bigger and warmer than I expected — I liked it right away. The tables had generous spacing, and on the weekend afternoon families kept coming in.

There's also a spot on one side to hang your bags, which was handy.

You order at the kiosk in front of the counter, where you'll also find notices about the one-order-per-person policy, Wi-Fi, and a review event.

Andamiro Soufflé Pancake with vanilla ice cream and drinks

We ordered the Andamiro Soufflé Pancake (₩16,000), a vanilla ice cream add-on (₩2,500), an iced latte (₩5,000), and an iced chamomile tea (₩5,500).

The pancake we'd been waiting for finally arrived, and just looking at it you could tell how fluffy it was.

For a drink to go with dessert, an iced latte (₩5,000) really is the way to go — the latte's nutty, slightly bitter edge kept cutting through the pancake's sweetness, so switching back and forth between the two worked really well. The iced chamomile tea (₩5,500) we also ordered had a clean, gentle aroma that suited the dessert nicely. A sip after some pancake and fruit left my mouth feeling refreshed!

How soft is the soufflé pancake?

The Andamiro Soufflé Pancake with the vanilla ice cream add-on came to ₩18,500 total. It was so soft and light that a light tap with a fork made it wobble.

It was way fluffier than a regular pancake, and it seemed to melt gently in the mouth — you could really tell it was a soufflé pancake's own distinct texture. Since the pancake itself wasn't heavy or dry, it went well with the fruit.

The Andamiro Soufflé Pancake comes with pineapple, cherries, shine muscat grapes, banana, and blueberries. Each fruit had its own slightly different sweet-tart flavor, so it was fun alternating bites between the fruit and the pancake.

The vanilla ice cream add-on was also delicious. It didn't feel like just any store-bought ice cream — it had a rich, chewy texture more like gelato, which worked really well with the pancake. Warm, fluffy soufflé pancake topped with cold, dense ice cream — great combo. A bite of pancake, then some ice cream, then a bit of fruit in between — I kept reaching for more.

Andamiro Pancake is a great Seoul Forest café to head to whenever you're craving something sweet :) The soft, fluffy soufflé pancake with fresh fruit and rich ice cream on top was delicious. Next time I want to try the matcha soufflé pancake or a croffle, so I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in Seoul Forest :)
