Applying the product and heat treatment

The root magic went in this order: shampoo, product applied from the roots to the mid-lengths, then heat treatment. After a good wash, the magic product was applied really carefully from the roots to the middle of my hair. The head designer is fast but thorough, which made me trust her!

After the product, we moved on to heat treatment. She kept checking the condition of my hair and adjusting the timing. Thumbs up to the head designer here! 👍🏻

Flat-ironing and neutralizing, keeping root volume

After the heat treatment, she straightened with the flat iron and neutralized, adjusting so the roots wouldn't lie too flat. She straightened strand by strand with care, then moved on to neutralizing! She made the hair as neat and thorough as possible but delicately kept the roots from sticking flat to the scalp >_<
