The interior overall has a calm, clean vibe with a cozy feel, so it was comfortable to eat here 🪴₊˚

Walking in, the space felt tidy and uncluttered, which made a clean first impression. Rather than being too bright or loud, it had a mood that let us enjoy the meal calmly. The tables were neatly set and the space itself was compact yet comfortable. It seemed like just the right spot for two people to eat slowly and chat ⸝⸝ ♡

Hôtel de Couture had a wide range of menu items from pasta to steak, including some unfamiliar dishes, so it took us a while to decide . . 🫢 There were lots of things we wanted to try, but this time we ordered one pasta and one steak.

There were dishes a bit different from the cream or tomato pasta we usually eat, so we wanted to try something new 🍝 The mortadella lemon butter pasta especially had a name unfamiliar enough to pique our curiosity ♫•*¨*•.¸¸♪✧

Rich yet with a relatively clean finish thanks to the lemon . . ˎˊ˗ It was a combination we'd never tried before, but it worked better than expected and we enjoyed it a lot 🍝♥

House steak, 35,000 won

ᨦ House steak ᨩ A house steak with deep meaty flavor, served with onion rings and hash browns 🥩₊˚ From the very first bite, the steak had a fairly strong meaty aroma. The meat's own flavor really came through, so it was plenty delicious even without dipping much into the sauce 𖤐ˊ˗

It came with ketchup, wholegrain mustard, and mayo, so we could pair it however we liked

When I picked up a piece with my fork, it was full of juice and tender. It wasn't chewy at all, with a moist texture that let us really enjoy the steak's own flavor . . ♥︎

Ordering pasta and steak together filled the table up nicely. It was great for sharing between the two of us, and it was also a good pairing to enjoy with wine 🍷𓂂𓈒
