Incheon fusion pasta lunch: Toowoomba risotto at Eopu Kitchen
In short
Eopu Kitchen (어푸키친) is a fusion pasta restaurant within walking distance of Seo-gu Office and Asiad Stadium in Seo-gu, Incheon. On a recommendation after an errand at Seo-gu Office, the writer had lunch at Eopu Kitchen: shrimp oil pasta, Toowoomba risotto, a house salad and two ades for 53,000 won. With a shrimp oil pasta that wasn't greasy and a Toowoomba risotto scraped clean, it's easy to see why Eopu Kitchen has so many repeat guests.

I went to Seo-gu Office to take care of some business, got a recommendation for a good restaurant nearby, Eopu Kitchen, and ended up with a delicious lunch 😋

There's no parking in the building itself, but I heard you can use the nearby Asiad P6 parking lot (with EV charging) for free, so keep that in mind. Paid options are the Seo-gu Office public lot and the GS Mart lot.

Now let's head up to the 2nd floor!
What's the atmosphere like at Eopu Kitchen?
Eopu Kitchen takes up the entire 2nd floor of the building, so the space felt roomy and relaxed. The wood-tone interior is calm yet warm, with lighting that lets you really focus on your meal, and good music too!
It's nice for a plain meal, but the mood also suits anniversaries, dates and get-togethers ✨
What's on the Eopu Kitchen menu?

The menu has a wide range: pasta, risotto, pilaf, pizza, salad, steak and more, and the pictures and descriptions for each dish made choosing easy. Dishes are marked "(spicy for kids)", which felt like a thoughtful touch for families :)
They also have a free ade for pregnant guests, plus regular-customer and review events! 😀

Our lunch order at Eopu Kitchen and prices
- Shrimp oil pasta ₩17,000
- Toowoomba risotto ₩19,000
- House salad ₩7,000
- Grapefruit ade ₩5,000
- Green grape ade ₩5,000
- Total ₩53,000

Complimentary bread before the meal
We ordered pasta, risotto and salad, and Eopu Kitchen brought out bread and salad first. The bread is mild and good on its own, but dipped in olive oil and balsamic it really woke up my appetite. So good 😋

House salad (7,000 won)
The house salad at Eopu Kitchen comes with a choice of garlic or oriental dressing. It's fresh and generous in portion, great alongside a main.

Shrimp oil pasta (17,000 won): is it greasy?
The shrimp oil pasta is a lightly spicy pasta full of shrimp flavor, and the menu marks it "(spicy for kids)". Packed with big, plump shrimp, it's my pick, and it wasn't greasy at all. The slight kick was exactly my taste!

Well-seasoned noodles topped with roasted garlic and arugula, and slurp~ (roasted garlic in an oil pasta is honestly the best 😋) They didn't skimp on the shrimp either :)

Toowoomba risotto (19,000 won): how spicy is it?
The Toowoomba risotto (Toowoomba is a creamy, spicy pasta sauce) is also marked "(spicy for kids)", and when I tried it, it was a little spicy.

The moment I tasted the Toowoomba risotto, the savory depth spread through my mouth. Wow... so good 😋 I don't personally like risotto, so I only meant to try a bite, but it went so well with that addictive Toowoomba sauce. I'd only ever had Toowoomba pasta, and the risotto version is a total must-try! (I scraped the plate clean, okay? 😆)

Grapefruit ade and green grape ade (5,000 won each)
I sipped the fresh, cool ades and finished the meal happily. Great mood, great music, and the taste goes without saying: five stars ★★★★★ I could see right away why Eopu Kitchen has such a high return rate. (Next time I'm determined to try the pizza and the panne pasta, pasta served in a bread bowl! 🤗)
