The writer had a decaf vanilla latte, a decaf café latte, a pistachio madeleine (₩3,800) and a banana chocolate chip cookie (₩4,800); the drinks were clean and mild, and the desserts sweet and nutty. I visited Low & Sweet Roastery, right in front of Haeundae Station, where you can enjoy house-roasted beans alongside desserts baked every day.

Where is Low & Sweet Roastery?
Low & Sweet Roastery is a one-minute walk from Haeundae Station on Line 2, at the start of Haeridan-gil. It sits on the first floor of a white building with an ivory awning, so it stands out from a distance. The location is so convenient that it is an easy quick stop during a Busan trip.
Hours and parking
Low & Sweet Roastery is open Monday to Sunday, 9am to 8pm. There is no dedicated parking lot; you pay to use the public lot in front of Haeundae Station, right by the café. The address is 19 U-dong 1-ro 20beon-gil, Haeundae-gu, Busan, first floor.
From Brooklyn to Jeonpo to Haeundae
The brand reportedly started with a New York Brooklyn vibe, then passed through Jeonpo in Seomyeon before reaching Haeundae.

It said they began in a small alley in 2018 and have roasted their own beans since 2024.

Can you bring pets and kids?
Both the indoor space and the outdoor terrace can be used, and small children and pets are welcome, which is a real plus. For kids, milk and vanilla milk are free, so it felt like an easy Haeridan-gil roastery café for families too.
How do the decaf vanilla latte and decaf café latte taste?
I ordered two drinks this time: a decaf vanilla latte and a decaf café latte.

For drip coffee, Low & Sweet Roastery runs single-origin beans such as Ethiopia, Kenya and Peru, and it also has its own roasted Choty espresso blend, so you can choose by bean preference. This Busan roastery café lets you swap to decaf, which gives an option to anyone wary of caffeine.
The decaf café latte had a good milk-to-espresso ratio and went down smoothly, and the menu said the decaf beans have roasted sweet potato and cacao notes. The decaf vanilla latte had a gentle sweetness from vanilla bean, a little sweeter than the plain latte. I got both iced, and they tasted mild and clean rather than harsh, which pairs well with desserts.
What desserts does Low & Sweet Roastery have?
I chose the two desserts you see in the photo.

For reference, Low & Sweet Roastery offers freshly baked goods every morning. Besides cookies and madeleines, there are financiers, canelés, pound cake, egg tarts, croissants and pain au chocolat.
Pistachio madeleine (₩3,800)
First, a review of the pistachio madeleine (₩3,800).

It is a new item marked NEW, made with house-made pistachio paste in both the batter and the ganache. When I cut it in half, there was light-green pistachio cream inside, and crushed pistachio on top gave off a nutty aroma.

It is both sweet and nutty, so anyone who likes sweets will enjoy this Haeundae dessert café pick.
Banana chocolate chip cookie (₩4,800)
The other one is the banana chocolate chip cookie (₩4,800).

The menu said it is made with house-made banana purée for a stronger banana flavor and a moist texture.

A big piece of chocolate sits on top, and the cookie is firm outside and soft inside, which makes it a good match for coffee.
Low & Sweet Roastery in summary
To sum up, Low & Sweet Roastery lets you experience easy access from Haeundae Station, house-roasted beans and a variety of daily baked sweets in one place. With decaf options and a kids' menu, it felt like a Busan roastery café that all kinds of visitors can drop into comfortably. If you want to add coffee and dessert to a Haeridan-gil walk, this Haeundae dessert café is worth a look.
