Plant-based cacao protein that mixes in water: Cleanit Protein
In short
Cleanit Protein Cacao is a plant-based protein supplement from Korea made with rice and pea protein. I drank it with water as a breakfast replacement after getting to work, and its rich cacao flavor and smooth mix made it easy to keep in my desk drawer. Verdict: a convenient protein option when a meal is short on protein.

Rich cacao-flavored plant-based protein, even mixed with water
Since I exercise and diet, I felt like I might not be getting enough protein, so I found this while looking for a plant-based protein that would be easy to digest!

It has no sugar, milk, or artificial sweeteners, so at 159 kcal it felt easy to drink without a burden. I heard the easily digestible plant-based protein and soluble dietary fiber help with digestion too, haha. A protein powder that tastes good and has good ingredients!!! It isn't easy to find one like this, haha.

The carbohydrates and sodium were moderate, and it was low in fat too, so it was just right! But it has as much as 19.2 g of protein, making it perfect as a meal replacement, haha.

How it tasted as a morning drink after getting to work
I've been having a glass every morning once I get to work. It has a rich cacao flavor without an artificial taste, so it goes down easily, haha. Plant-based protein usually tastes grainy, so the cacao flavor was interesting, haha. Since I love chocolate, it suited my taste even better, haha.

Will it stay clump-free in regular filtered water?
They say to mix it with 170–200 ml of water or 200 ml of soy milk. It is hard to carry milk around, so I mixed it with water, and it was still rich and delicious, haha. Best of all, it dissolves well in water without getting clumpy, so it was really easy to drink, haha. With other protein powders, I would dissolve them in slightly warm water and then add cold water, but Cleanit Protein dissolves well even in regular filtered water, which is so convenient, haha.

It doesn't use soy protein, which can cause indigestion, and instead is filled with rice protein and pea protein. Plus, it is rich in amino acids, which is so nice, haha.
I plan to try it with milk and espresso too
I heard it is delicious mixed into espresso as a café mocha, haha. I'm going to try it with milk first, haha. It has been a while since I was this excited about a protein supplement, haha.

Keep it at work for when protein is lacking
I've been keeping it in my desk drawer at work and diligently having a glass every morning, haha. You could mix only what you need in a shaker and bring it along, but since I am going to have it every morning, it feels more convenient to keep it at work, haha. I also think it would be great to have a glass when lunch or dinner is low on protein, haha.
Besides cacao, there is also a seoritae (black soybean) flavor made with black beans, so I recommend choosing whichever suits your taste, haha. Seoritae has been popular lately, so maybe that is why it caught my eye, haha.
The seoritae flavor also contains biotin, so it helps with hair nutrition too—so nice, right? Haha. It contains 33 times the recommended daily intake, so one glass is enough. Since it is a water-soluble vitamin and only the amount needed is absorbed, it seemed like there was no need to worry, haha. If you are looking for a healthy protein powder, I recommend Cleanit Protein~!
